Remember, you also get defender points for fighting next to YOUR pylon, just like you get attacker points for fighting near THEIR pylon. You do not get defender points on this one for just hanging out (needs a fix).

Omophorus gives good advice. My assassin went Biochem out of chance and I love it. My Merc is Cyber, and I love that too (he can keep my alts supplied. I figure with all my other alts I'll eventually have them all, but so far so good.

use what works for you. Heck, I'm a tank assassin and still like running with Khem. I have to do most of the work, but he takes most of the damage. I'll change out if needed, but rarely see the need...

QFT, I did the same thing, then told a level 20 buddy of mine to go ahead and do it now, the XP is a lot nicer at 20 then at 30

I like running with Blizz as a Merc. He is instantly at the mobs, gets them all over him, and I AOE until they are dead...

I got it in a few times last night. I understand people seeing a new WZ and having no clue how to play it. Heck the old ones are pretty bad sometimes. Unless you are F2P, you get a free reset of skill points every week. Go for the survivability, and don't worry about end game

Why do you need more medals? Don't you only get 'credit' for the first 8 or did they change that? Shoot I can get three in one AOE taunt if it is placed properly...

I've had the same question. Thanks for all the replies. I'm primarily a PVP Tankassin but my guild is starting to do more flashpoints etc. If I had fully augmented WH tank gear, when should I start looking at changing out to PVE gear? I'm thinking I really only need a set of Black Hole gear to change out of PVP gear, but since I haven't done much other than PVP I could be WAY off...

They do seem to have an extremely high heat cost for there abilities though. I've run out of heat more than I can count on my BH, none of my alts seem to have any problem.

I'll use mine in Hutball if I see someone alone in a corner, but I use it a lot in Voidstar when someone is hanging around after the doors have been opened.

I saw interesting things this weekend: One guy rage quit a WZ and was put right back in. I thought that was AWESOME! I logged into Hutball just in time to see the final score come up. I still made nice cash/valor for that. I also zoned into Civil War half over... and WE WERE WINNING? Who quits THAT? EDIT: I only hit Hutball on half my queues. I played more CW and VS than I have since I started. I think it would be kind of cool if BW would keep tally, the more you stay a whole match, the more likely you are to get the 'premiums'.

I wasn't much higher than that when I hit 50 last week. I'm now decked out in starting pvp gear and almost 30 valor. Just make sure you get the daily/weekly quests.
