They simply forgot to add them when they changed us tank assasins from str to will at one of the betas. I am an artificer aswell and would love to be able to make an offhand I can use, not just ones my companions can use. Been using quest rewards and BoE versions as much as I can, thankfully my guildies have been nice enough to save them for me when they come across tradeable ones. Other than that, I guess your best bet is to stalk the GTN. Hopefully they add them at a patch sometime soon, I would not hold my breath waiting tho.

If I would have the power I would fire the joker who tought it would be amusing to combine MMO controls, jumping and lore objects. 50% the time my character will not jump fully when pressing space, just partially. That usually means a half jump that ends short. I would not mind it if the controlls were ment for this but they are not, this is not Super Mario Bros.

Even if they cannot give EU a separate maintenance time they should change the window a bit. Change it to start at midnight CST, that would not hurt the US all that bad and would still make it better for us on the EU side. That would make the downtime to be from 12AM CST (10PM PST/1AM EST/6:00 GMT/7:00 CET) until 6AM CST(2AM PST/5AM EST/12:00 GMT/13:00 CET). - Note the correct way of displaying clock on this side of the ocean. As it stands now us Finns have the downtime 12:00 - 18:00. That is, if they really manage to get their first major patch out in the timeframe they have set, given how other MMOs have had their first patches I am really doubtfull they will be done in 6 hours.
