I understand the reason behind the queues. However, if you get disconnected from the game for any reason other than the inactivity time out, the server should hold your place for at least 3 minutes. Getting disconnected, and then trying to log back in, only to find that you're now last in line, and your team mates have to wait 30 minutes for you to be able to get back in is unacceptable. Please implement some sort of grace period where your slot is held for you, to allow you to reconnect immediately.
