Ya these problems really drive me crazy. We've had our main healer die and be perma stuck in the rez area...we've had another guy get booted from the game when the huttball blowers were glitched. An internet disconnect that cost us the game as well. They better allow members to rejoin the game after being booted/DC'ing in season 1 or it is just gonna be a joke.

been so busy with rated's that i haven't had a chance to post on the forums. we're the #1 rated repub guild on the server atm (THE BASTION). there is a imp guild that is rated higher, but has played ~35 games more then us. so far they are our #1 competition, and yesterday we went 1-1 with them. their guild and our guild stream daily on twitch.tv, so if anyones looking for some entertainment, check it out. hopefully ill get more free time to post more, but we are hitting rateds very hard this week, we're barely at 1856 rating as of today.

At the end of the day, your Warlord title on your old server is just as meaningless as your Warlord title on a new server...in terms of if a player is horrible or not. I feel like only a person who has believed at one point in time that their valor title was actually linked to their skill, would feel the need to hide it. Valor titles have been and always will be a means to show off that you reached a milestone...nothing less, nothing more.

Yet you run around displaying yours so proudly? Not trying trying to bash, just pointing out some hypocrisy. Good luck to you guys as well though.

I will destroy anyone 1v1, except certain shadow tanks, but at the end of the day, 1v1s mean nothing in the big picture. However, like I said before, watching my guild groups destroy WZs gets boring VERY quick. I played scrapper from Valor 1-85...so my decision to choose Hybrid over Scrapper for rateds wasn't an uneducated decision. Two words..."teaser trailer". Hence why the clips aren't full clips and only little snips. Refer to one of my three "pvp videos" to see real full unedited fights. And refer to my next video to see the full unedited triple CC cap that DOES happen. A teaser trailer IS pointless and IS somewhat misleading. I mean do you wanna analyze the clip of me sitting in the fleet too and explain that that's not proper war zone node capping technique lol. My videos are here to show things that don't happen often, or that people think are impossible. These trailers are here to just promote and make a person interested. I mean when you see the trailer for next weeks Hells Kitchen do you really think Ramsay is gonna kick all of them off the show like they try to make you think haha? Normally I don't bother replying to you, but I'm in a good mood today due to the fact that I've been given a free SWTOR Razer Mouse to giveaway to my viewers. I am still in the process of teaching my new guildy padawan shadow the art of CC capping, so he is a little rusty. Thinking a 3 person CC cap is impossible and fake? Um my last video opened with a 2 person CC cap....gotta know what you're doing bud...not for amateurs. Ciao

The best tips for making sap caps work is having all 3 binds as close to possible so you can hit them all literally almost at the exact same time. sap > unstealth > right click. i personally have all 3 of these on my naga, so i do a thumb click > left finger click > right finger click. if you dont perform it perfectly, you wont unstealth until the 1 sec GCD ends which will result in it never working. For 1v1 node situations this forces a trinket, while not filling resolve, which allows an easy flash bang cap after.

Dunno what to tell you. I am full augmented WH. I dueled several other fully geared people on the PTS that were certain they could beat me, and nobody could. Sorry that you aren't having the same results with the spec. I will try and post my complete gear/mod later in the week, as a few people have been curious. If the player doesn't understand his role as a hybrid, I agree they will excel at nothing. Sometime after 1.3 and RWZ's I will put out a few group play videos to help those who are struggling. At the moment I don't want to give our competition any advantage or ideas on the new server. In the end though, ill just have to wait and let my ranking speak for itself on whether or not my spec is useless

As promised Zimms, Here is the only person who can beat me in a real 1v1 duel...for the time being...*cough* 1.3 We are both full WH. Fights occured on old server before transfer. His self healing is ridiculous, and his damage isn't a wet noodle.

I told you I would try a duel or two without using vanish, to see if I could still win consistently. Never did I specifically promise to include those duels. Sorry that you were mistaken. Possibly too much nerd rage in your head after losing back to back that you couldn't hear clearly. I feel that it would be dishonest to show you winning a duel when its rigged in your favor, as you could never kill me normally. And thats exactly why I only posted our first two fights: I'll give you credit for having top damage in most matches now that the server is a ghost town, but guess what buddy, being #1 on a list doesn't mean you win matches. Not knowing how to interrupt a door cap because you're tunnel visioned 100% of the time DOES lose you matches. You said you tell the truth, well saying that its only happened once is NOT the truth. Hehe's damage numbers made yours look like garbage, and guess what he never would win against us. you've used harpoon ONE TIME in the history of WZ'ing with me where it actually helped me cap a door. dont even get me started on huttball...even aliya pulls more into fires then you do...because like i said you have constant TUNNEL VISSION. pat yourself on the back, you're a good single target tunnel visioning damage dealer, but your objective play is some of the worst i've seen, and at times has cost us the game. Don't get me wrong though, a tunnel visioning damage face roller with 0 regard for objective play is EXACTLY what we want from you in 8 man pre mades, as others who are more reliable can take care of the objectives...however, in little 2-3 man pug pvp, you gotta be a little smarter... If my sole purpose of this thread was to make myself look godlike and unkillable, I would not have spent several posts describing how I can't beat Zimms (1.2 shadow tank). So that alone should be a big red flag that I am not trying to be misleading and/or unfair. Its funny that you bring up the AFK'ing though, considering in this video alone (~4:00 mark), there is a VERY close Novare, with you in it I might add, where I am solo defending a node from Newmoney and get jumped by Ultrared. If you had had any other person on the server there, that node would be gone, and the game would have been over. Someones gotta do the dirty work while you run around in your tunnel visioned dps state. Speaking of tunnel vision, how many void star doorS(plural) have you lost because you don't interrupt them capping when you are the last man alive on that door? The only transparency to this matter is that I will beat you 99% of the time 1v1, as my video shows...the only way you might achieve that 1% is if I choose to purposely gimp myself and not use abilities, and/or I choose to be typing and stealth 1/4th of a second before the duel begins, giving you my location for a reveal. I'm over this though...just don't make it a habit of trying to make me look bad/dishonest just because you cant genuinely kill me 1v1.

Lol first of all Mr. Sombra, I complimented you in this thread, by saying you were the best DPS vanguard on the server, so don't get your panties up in a bunch. And of course I had to beg for you to fight me...you even said it yourself that you knew I would give you an *** whoopin, and thats why you didnt wanna duel. I left out a duel where I wasn't using my class to its fullest lol (ie. purposely choosing to not use vanish)? You think thats being dishonest? If i choose to not use armor and you beat me that way, should I show that as well lol? And I didn't say that I had dueled you in the past...I said I had fought you in the past...ie in a WZ before you joined the guild...and i tore you up just like our duels As far as you thinking you played hybrid "months" before me...pretty pointless trying to prove/disprove that BS statement considering we both dinged 50 within days of each other...so i'll let you think what you want if it makes you feel better. As you know firsthand, the pvp situations I face in nearly EVERY WZ I am in do reflect the exact circumstances present in a duel. Don't try to play it off like duels are meaningless, because when it pertains to me, the person this thread is about, they are very indicative of my real WZ situations I like you too my fellow DAoCian, and thats why I'm being tame in this post <3

I feel like having an offensive role scoundrel in a RWZ team is a complete waste in general...vanguard/infil shadow/sniper/maraud/guard even lol...all MUCH better choices for an offensive role. Hybrid has its own niche role for warzones that no other class can come close to filling...especially after 1.3. As of right now, I can beat scoundrel heals, it just takes a while as you only get 1 kill chance every minute, and you gotta setup for it and execute it perfectly...or you end up having to wait a min to try again. As for the tankasins go...it is physically impossible to beat certain good ones at the moment, for example the guy Zimms who has posted here ...however from what ive encountered on the PTS today, that will all change once 1.3 goes live. I have a few fraps clips of Zimms and Me dueling, that ill put up soon (gotta give him a little glory before he gets nerfed , the fights range from 2minutes-6 minutes, so they are quite long.

i dont consider this a nerf AT ALL...and it affects me probably the most. i am LOVING 1.3...finally the ridiculous shadows/assasin spec is being nerfed...with nothing bad happening to us.
