"Pointless Pvp?" :\ This game has NO world PvP, so how am I supposed to enjoy PvPing when the only thing you want to do is win a PvE objective?

Did I read this correctly or am I just an idiot? They're introducing a "VERY LOW" setting for SHADOW EFFECTS? If this is for SHADOW EFFECTS and not for PARTICLE DENSITIES or something else, then why in the **** do you think this would fix anything? I have my shadows OFF and will never have them on to any setting above OFF. Please, someone tell me they're not implimenting one little option for one thing.

I just wanted to say, thanks BW, but I can't really handle this anymore. The grind to 50 is excessively repetitive and boring and level 50 is just a let down pvp-wise. Grind for gear, buy bags, buy gear, get 60, do quests and get BM bags, finish BM set... now what? :\ I can level another toon, but I've already experienced the entire game twice. I shouldn't be able to tell people that I beat an MMO >_< I have like one piece of pve gear and one piece of pvp gear to get then I'm done. Hopefully, you guys will fix world pvp, because my server(which seems to have a HUGE world pvp fanbase) has gone from one of the most popular and laggy to a lonely, cold wasteland where jedi are in the 30's and imp's are in the 150's at peak times on the fleets. Can't kill a trooper with a bugged out companion, shouldn't have to. I already have a republic and there's still no world pvp, thanks. What is one person rolling republic going to do? It's going to get me farmed by 10's of players as I mentioned. I see at least 5 noobs on republic side on my server at tython. Maybe 20-60 new people every day on korriban. There's a simple fix to this, but BW would rather tell people instead of enforce it.

I'm about to unsub.. I just encountered my THIRD republic toon ever on my 44 jugg and this is my second toon to almost hit 50. He had a companion healer out, my companion bugged out and he never dropped below 90% health. Why would you force us to level on totally opposite sides until the end of the planet? WHO designed the world?! Fire him! PLEASE don't let him design the arenas or new PvP planet! Make it like isle of quel'danas! A small ovalish area, no guards, no rules. Just fights to the death. I'm not pissed because I died.. I'm pissed because of the lack of world pvp. I'm also pissed because when you encounter this lacking world pvp, you either have your healer companion out, or you die. Did you neglect your healer comp? TOOOOOO BAAAAD BRING HIM OUT OR YOU LOSE!! Is your healer companion not out? Did you just get engaged in world pvp with a guy who had his healer out? Can't summon your healer companion because you're engaged in combat? TOOOOOOOO BAAAAAAAAAD YOU LOSE! Dismiss the damn companions when you get tagged by a player! 2 *********** toons on a pvp server and only 3 repubs the entire time. The server imbalance is so terrible that someone on empire will yell out (regardless if they won or lost) "REPUB OVER HERE!!! HURRY!!! THEY MIGHT BE FORMING AN OPS!!" Idk what wow did, but they did something right with the world pvp in vanilla/bc and the server imbalances. You've already taken 95% of the skills from WoW classes and renamed them, so you may as well start studying bc, because you're about to lose a lot of players from my server if they actually keep their word >

You shouldn't be playing a "hard core" game with a "hard core" job that limits you to casual game play. Please go play wow and stop *********** up our games They made that game casual just for guys like you.

PLEEEEEASE don't add a deserter debuff! I'll *********** quit this game faster than you can finish reading this sentence! My internet randomly goes out every few days or so and it kicks me out of the warzone just because I d/c :\ I also get kicked out if my loading screen doesn't load fast enough in huttball.. If they actually decide to add a deserter debuff, at least increase the timer. One minute for these pitiful loading screens is NOT enough.

Pretty sure the fun in pvp was removed when they added warzones and failed to make our quests cross each other. Oh, and this game is too gear based to enjoy "just pvp."

Are you *********** kidding me? This is like the mages crying "WOLF!" on wow! GET SOME GEAR, GO MADNESS, LEARN TO KITE AND SHUT UP! We have a 3 second cast that deals 2.3k dmg total with no cd + 3 dots that deal like 6k after they finish their entire duration. I'm trying to enjoy my other classes in PvP other than my sorc, but I can't with all of this *********** lightning spam and tracer missile spam. If this class is weak to you, go reroll merc. Oh, wait... you'll just complain about how melee is supposedly your counter... Just quit.

YES! I AGREE WITH EVERYTHING YOU SAID! Especially since I get afked out every other warzone due to these *********** slow *** loading screens and the RIDICULOUSLY low afk timer. A 20 minute CD would be a fair punishment for something I didn't intentionally do.

Ahh, ok! Thanks for letting me know O_O I still have no idea what it was, but i don't think i've ever seen a "death field" hit me for 3-4k.. I got smashed by a shadow today from a 3.5 project or shadow strike.. idk which it was, but they didn't do the backstab animation.. It may have been a death field XD Thanks for answering.

Ok, so my force lightning hits about 1.5k over a period of 3 seconds if i manage to get that in, but i have compared damage with multiple sages that do the same rotation as i do and i've noticed they do AT LEAST 1-2k more than i do with their pebble thrower thing and project hit me for 3-4K!?!?! Aren't sages our mirror class? O_O Like i said, this isn't a QQ thread or a NERF THEM thread, because I don't really care either way since i'm rolling a jugg (PREPARE TO DIE TO MY 6K SMASHES!) I'm simply asking if their damage is stronger than sorcs?? The most i ever got with a shock(project's equal) was 1-2k and a sage equal to my gear and level with the same procs below 50 and at 50 will blast me for 3-4k crits.. no, they're not using stims and i don't recall a shock buffer. I witnessed the 4k crit on my lvl 25 jugg versus a lvl 38 sage. Please answer honestly what does your project damage naturally crit for below and at 50? Is it possible that these the jedi mirror classes are stronger than their imperial counterparts? That would make sense since we outnumber you like 4:1 o_O

Oh, no. You require additional buffing to your damage as well as survivability. I think the 2-4k 1.5 second tracer missile spam is very weak and doesn't help your survivability at all. -_- I would rather fight a sorc than an merc any day.. You're already getting a root and the entire class is being ignored by BW. Don't complain.
