Worldwide servers are great fun, there's people doing stuff in every time zone. One of the saddest developments in mmo history is the shift to heavily localized servers that can't even handle 100 active players in the same area.

Three months is the expected lifespan of the average user in most MMOs. Anything more then box price and three months is just bonus income.

Which is and will always be stupid. It would be the easiest melee weapon to master, the "blade" weighs nothing. Now if they made an argument that force was needed to actually operate the weapon, then they would have had a logical reason as to why only Force users used them. Not directed at quote, but in A New Hope, Vader was Grand Moff Tarkin's dog.

If it doesn't have Richard Garriott then it's not Ultima.

Your reward should be the satisfaction of knowing you pwned those noobs. Why do you need to be paid? Is PVP something you don't really enjoy?

If you want story you should go play The Secret World. The story telling is much better (Ragnar Tornquist > Drew Karpyshyn) as is the questing.

According to the Star Wars d20 handbook, Vader significantly outlevels Han Solo at that point. Han Solo starts as a Scoundrel 6/Soldier 2 in that time period. There are other epic characters out there besides Jedi/Sith. Mandalore would give any Jedi a run for his money.

I disagree here. Black Rock Depths is still by far the best dungeon Blizzard ever designed. The fifteen minute corridor fest just doesn't cut it for me. It's not an adventure, just a hallway for grinding. Anyone thinking dual-spec will be the cure-all for LFG, you are in for a rude awakening. Just like in WOW the majority will have a PVE DPS spec and a PVP DPS spec. If they aren't tanking now, adding dual-spec wont encourage them to tank then.

That has more to do with the latest WOW dungeons only lasting fifteen minutes.

Make tank and heal requirement in the largest raid same proportion as group ratios. Why level/gear as a tank when your guild probably has two regular raider and three of four backups? Restore tanks and heals to 1.1 levels for PVP.

LFG doesn't change the fact that overall flashpoints are woefully inefficient. You really are just wasting time and effort not running your single player quests. Experience is low for the time involved and the gear is replaced three levels later.

Every bit of content is available for you to see and experience. You make the conscious decision to not put forth the effort to do them. I don't care about you're excuses why you can't do something, as that is all it is, an excuse.

First thing that would happen is the forums would be flooded with posts about how H2's should give Tionese/Columi. Make all the claims you want but in the end it all comes down to loot.

Yet Blizzard has only lost customers since the Dragon Soul patch was released. Everyone cruised through their easy 5 mans and LFR runs and finished the game. It only took me 2 weeks to finish Cataclysm after that patch (I couldn't give a **** about hardmodes, rerunning a raid with just bigger numbers was a waste of my time). You make the game mindless and the mindless will just easily burnout.

Yet they are so tedious to grind for.

If I was EA, I'd want less free content patches and more paid box expansions. Bioware isn't in control here.

The second is superior in almost every way (until the last 10% of the game). It's just too bad, like every Obsidian game, it was released before it was finished and had a good two or more planets chopped out to make deadline.

It is absolutely fair. When you buy a new model of car, do you expect it to have most of the features as a comparable model already found on the market? I do. Imagine the salesman using the excuse of its a brand new model as to why it doesn't have power windows. It's no different in the realm of gaming.

Oh please, it's not some vast server conspiracy as to why you can't find groups. It's your character's personal reputation holding you back.

Don't see how a group finder is going to help the OP. No one wants to do flashpoints, planets have better stories (plus half the flashpoints have as much plot as a side quest). Leveling flashpoints is horrible especially 35+ and the gear you get will be replaced quickly enough on the next planet. FYI I hate questing (too much running back and forth).

I highly doubt the heads get paid hourly. Most of these guys work on a salary.

Doesn't change anything. I had already rerolled on The Fatman 2-3 months ago. The game still lacks endgame and much of anything to distinguish this from WOW, all and all, SWTOR is still an expansion to TBC.
