Well there sure as hell needs to be. Have you seen the servers? Pretty much everyone on the Red Eclipse is suffering severe lag that is making the game unplayable. Stop screwing over your customers dammit!

Pretty much what I was thinking. I'm usually about level 46 by the start of Corellia and I don't do any group content, space missions or warzones until I reach Corellia, which I put off until I've hit level 50 via warzones.

I don't disagree, but I imagine that kind of thing needs to be implemented from launch, otherwise it's time consuming and forces everything else into the back seat.

The movies are for families, no doubts there. Games and other media? Mostly for older fans, mid-teens and upwards. I don't think letting children read Death Troopers, or play the Force Unleashed, is such a good idea.

Not going to comment on the rest of your post, since I wouldn't know where to start. But this bit actually made me laugh. All Lucasarts do is cater to children! The majority of Star Wars fans are over 18, catering to children is not what Lucasarts needs to do, and after the huge success of the Mass Effect trilogy it's finally dawned on them- hence the upcoming Star Wars: 1313 game. Yes, because F2P don't pay anything. The only reason they are listening is because they think it'll get them more cash. They don't listen to the issues subbed players bring up at all.

Gaming isn't good for kids. Large numbers of people have suggested it leads to psychopathic tendencies and a lack of social skills. While that's a matter of agree or disagree, saying gaming is good for kids is a stretch at best, as raising children around made up fantasy worlds is simply going to leave them unprepared for the real world. As for your point about cartoons, cartoons AREN'T meant for adults. Using that as a serious point for your argument is... troubling. Um, no? I don't think I've EVER played a game that has a parental control. They have an age label on the box, that's it. I'd heard of Babestation by the age of 10, does that mean it would have been appropriate for me to have access to it?

Contrary to YOUR ignorance, "putting kids in hockey or football" is not exactly a family event either. Most people go out and do/see things with their kids, doesn't have to cost anything. Besides, since when is gaming cheaper than a children's club?

With due respect, playing online games is a poor excuse for quality family time. EAware can't be expected to cater to a mere handful of people.

Myself. And many others I know. Alts are the only fun thing to do in this game, since endgame is just raiding or PvP
