  1. Exactly. My agent is free, loyal to the Empire`s people, LS 5 (only the deaths of Kothes team, and executing Hunter, gave a few DS points), has seen the death of everyone who used the word. She forgave Keeper for using the bonds, as she understands he only acted to save you from being killed. She hates the Sith for forcing him though, and the SIS for using this weakness to their advantage. She cares for the people of the Empire, the common men & victims of the galaxies power struggle, not the Sith. As such, the Star Cabals basic idea wasnt bad, just the idea got perverted by hunger for power on the cabalists side. And Hunter was too much of an Ahole to live.
  2. Yeah, hes the only, who used the word, i didnt kill myself. Shooting Hunter was so satisfying. Ok, Chance died at my feet watching him croak... Still fun they at least add small referrences to your choices.
  3. ...and every allyway thug has a cortosis blade. Or boasts that they are "experienced in killing Jedi / Sith".... i had to laugh as i heard that from the mouth of a ganger... The Sith Warrior story is full of: "now you made me bring in "specially trained troop X, they are the best, and a Sith is no match, prepare to die"... sabersabersaber.. all dead. But @Theme: i kinda disregard the "landscape killings" between the Storyline missions. So, no, i didnt kill 20 "Jedi Defenders" in the way to my next mission goal, as this kinda devalues if you actually meet a Force User in the class quests. I mean, the whole act 2 of the Agent deals with the result of what can happen when a "mortal human" agent flattens a Sith Lord, and needs to be controlled.... so.. what would happen if it was not one Story-Sith but.. "a few dozen landscape lightsaber swingers on the way there"?
  4. Seconded! I was a bit annoyed that pre-Tattooine the SW was mostly a "kill maim burn" - slavering 1 -dimensional thug. The whole Jaesa story was quite maturing for the SW, going more towards Warrior-philosoph, away from standard answer: "Kill gloriousy gory!"
  5. Is suspect that was only for changing the programming, i was under the impression that the initial treatment isnt so fast.
  6. Well.. there is this set of Cyborg parts that healing Drone Mal-1M wears since this incident... I think Quinn was its name before.... or so *shrugs*
  7. Turrets. Also those Gunships who dont know you sneak in behind them.
  8. Good idea and way of thinking. Good thoughts, thanks.
  9. ...wich isnt at all the Smuggler archetype as seen in the movies, Han dosnt whip out a Medikit and becomes the super healer. Surely you could RP a kind of rogue Doctor...
  10. Levelled a Smuggler to nearly 10 yesterday in about 1 1/2 hours, with GS & a bit of Storyline-questing. (Im still not sure if i want Gunslinger (have one at 15) or Scoundrel, so i thought i raise a second). And yes, its fun too.
  11. Same thoughts here. With the railshooter you had, at least the ship to identify with, and could craft ship parts with Cybertech... but the hell WHY would a Sith Inquisitor, or Smuggler. or Marauder, or Bountyhunter jump in a starfighter, as part of an evidently fleet-based action.. with some strangers as co-pilots? Why cant we.. whatever, house our fighter in a bay aboard our ships, or home hangar... and tinker with it, as we did with out starships ourself...
  12. I try to wrap my head around Smugglers (and Operatives) as healers. I might think that an Operative might be schooled in Medicine, but a complete surgeon, that does field duty? And smugglers? All smugglers in the movies rather seem to swing blasters, and loose talk, good pilots... but i cannot imagine a Han Solo, or a Talon Karrde whip out a Medkit and perform a surgery on another person. So.. how can i explain that?
  13. I found empire-side Agent / Neutral Ending satisfying, as it leaves you free from all obligations to Inperial Intelligence and Sith. Also, it does not make you and still live and work for the Empire, but for the greater good of it, and its people. I guess, Bountyhunter leaves free to do what he wants too. Sith, well, end in high positions. (wich you could ignore), and so less interesting.
  14. Actually, .. play on, Act 2 is actually quite cool.
  15. Id say, Story ist best of the 8. A lot of "god, how do i decide here", and "***" moments, paired with a few nice "im ******" - Moments... Some sweet Romance too. Also it seems to have at least 3 definitely diffrent endings. if you play for story, try Agent, you definitely see the Empire and its Rulers in diffrent light than the "We are the Sith, we are gods"-Lighsaberswingers or "No one can do me anything" Bountyhunters.
  16. Actually 1.2 was for me the final straw. Once the Story ends (as good as they were), its a cheap copy of WoW in Space... and im done with Geargrind MMOs. This will be F2P soon.
  17. God i wish i would get money every time i talk crap... Yeah sure the Smuggler/Operative nerfs were not done for PvP.... surely, it was this classes perfect domination of all other Operations DPS, that they had to be nerfed hard. Didnt some Dev say: No it was not fun to be ganked by teams of Operatives, and that they hsve Statistics, people unsub if ganked X times in a Warzone my those Operatives? Hey, storybosses are suposed to be hard, now shut up... And roll a Jedi.
  18. Actually discovering that Philisophy was one of the coolest Moments in the game. My agent is no Forceuser, but it sounded true & logical to her.
  19. I have to agree, the Agents storyline was the best, with more than a few "***, let me think about this, before i answer" moments.... and a few "Revenge is sweet"ones. Plus a good Ending (as light 4)... caring for the people of the empire.
  20. Making the Empire a better place, one dead Sith a time.
  21. Yeah, the "Star Cabal" in the Agent Storyline is really not fitting into Star Wars at all...
