Not my game. EA/Bio need to determine the harm and enforce the rules (or not enforce them). It's their call. There doesn't NEED to be any consistency applied at all regarding the TOS. It's merely an instrument to protect the owners who can determine what they need to do (if they need to do). If the inconsistency regarding punishments becomes a problem (public relations wise), then it's their right to do something (or nothing).

Your argument revolves around two basic propaganda terms: Loaded Words and transference. Basically you are not making an argument simply because neither is allowed under the TOS. The degree of harm needs to be examined by EA/Bio and not some bloviated forum thread.

I couldn't agree more. I'm a total pack rat, and I spend way to much of my game time arranging inventories. Also, a better sorting engine (like alphabetical) would be great!

I see that this has been around for a year and a half, so I don't expect Bio/EA to give a rats behind, but seriously, for everyone else using this ball of fur, this is the sound that's been driving you nuts. I was getting ready to delete the game for good when I realized that it only happens with treek, and only when in Fektur stance. Anyone know if there is a file you can remove/replace to get rid of this sound?

Meh. Sounds like every MMO ever made. SWTOR being a good themepark mmo, I'm enjoying coming back after a year and a half break. Coming back to this game has been a blast. Having a long break was necessary. Don't stay if your unhappy or don't have any content you enjoy. There will be new stuff when you come back and you'll seriously enjoy it again!

While I totally understand your position, and would likely do the same myself, if I didn't have another solution. I'm going to mothball my sage and just not play him. I've got plenty of other characters to focus on. It was really fun to play (not a PvPer) for a few months. Time to look into a FOTM. For the record. They didn't need to have the cast, that was uncalled for... Once again, BW makes huge sweeping changes instead of little tweeks. Makes you wonder what's in the water cooler... just sayin.

Nah. They hit the mark right if they have queues now. They have done nothing to improve the core of their game (the opposite in fact), and the rate of attrition will continue. Combine this with the number of people they will lose when 1.3 hits and inevitably you'll be playing on Standard and Light servers again. Good luck!

Dude you should go work for Bioware. Managing expectations is what every customer driven organization does at their core. Bioware doesn't even seem to understand this at all... not even in the most basic of terms. They fired their customer relations department and replaced them, but they still don't seem to understand how to manage expectations. You obviously don't get this.
