  1. lol, man that point went right over your head didnt it? IT WAS A SUBBASED MMO UP UNTIL TWO MONTHS AGO. they switched it to a single player with multiplayer element model because investors were too scared to invest in the original sub based mmorpg model. lol, fanboi power is unlimited isnt it? you just didnt want to do research before you blindly defended swtor. . ..
  2. the subscription model mmorpg as a whole is going the way of the dinosaur. dont believe me? look at THQ's Dark Millennium. investors were too scared to invest in a sub based mmo business model despite the potential and promise. this game killed it for everyone.
  3. i just hate how this game's development costs and subsequent subscription droppings directly contributed to the change in model direction for Warhammer 40k: Dark Millennium. this game literally scared investors into never wanting to invest in a subscription based mmorpg. such a shame. but this is the future of the market, if swtor completely fails, so will the rest of the mmo market, no one will ever want or be capable for that matter to compete with wow.
  4. i cant remember the actually sites that named it but SWTOR was @ 1.4 million subscribers at februrary of 2012. it was 900k at may. now its between 400k to 900k subscribers but the numbers hadnt been reported since may
  5. actually, for 300million USD, they couldve made a full length live action movie that wouldve brought in more revenue than this game. and they couldve made a full length CGI movie CHEAPER than the live action, reference Starship Troopers: Invasion.
  6. this is where i stopped caring about your complaint. you prefer to play an mmorpg. . . . . ALONE. fail. sorry, im really sorry, but fail.
  7. i just hope they hadnt canned the guild capital ships idea. . ..
  8. all i can say is that bioware needs to copy lotro's f2p model as closely as possible where it is indeed (however very tedious and only a small percentage of players actually achieve this) possible to achieve the f2p dream, meaning, you can actually purchase all new xpaks and content via in game currency.
  9. bump because i want people to consider my opinion ;P
  10. last time i checked, George Lucas and bioware austin are american. so it doesnt really matter if there are more european fans. . ..
  11. so? it was two forced moves, if the other player stayed subbed the whole time then they still have as much right as you.
  12. they will keep consolidating the servers until the game closes. think tabula rasa, it had 3 servers before it finally croaked. im personally hoping that never happens to this game
  13. i love how the first pic in the OP's post has someone dissing GW2 in the gen chat. . . lulz
