  1. I am having this problem as well. I'm unable to log in on any of my characters and the dialog that shows the game supposedly downloading in the background has been sitting at 0.00% for over an hour. If I just leave it to sit in the background, I get disconnected, presumably for inactivity, so I can't just leave it overnight and hope it installs.
  2. We are not the guild you want to join as a lawman. BUT, if you do create or find a CorSec guild, drop us a line. Seelund is a prominent family in Axial Park that is currently under investigation by CorSec for ties to organized crime. All a silly misunderstanding, of course. Seelund's trade company is, naturally, entirely legitimate and above board. We're here: http://www.seelundtrading.com And I'm easiest to reach either through private message on our site or at aydrien@seelundtrading.com
  3. As KJ said, Seelund's still here. For guild leader you can put Aurhya (imp) and Aurhia (pub), as Wilma has officially announced she's retiring and handing it back over to me.
  4. I'll put this on our calendar but Thursdays at 10 are one of our two campaign story nights so any of us who come will probably have to leave early, unless the tournament goes really fast. Good luck to everyone competing!
  5. For future reference, all of the deco's have a max amount. Most are 50, some are 10. You can tell what the max is by hovering over the item. It will tell you how many you have in a form like "3/50" or "6/10". That means you have already 3 out of the max 50, or 6 out of a max ten, in your decoration list.
  6. I'm getting that sense too. All the more reason not to jump ship now. If this IS gearing up for a merger, if we all stick it out here, then when the merger hits, we'll all be on the same server without having lost any of our guild things.
  7. Seelund's going to use the time skip. It's too difficult to sync everyone up if we don't just basically say that "now" is the latest point in the content. That's what people coming in cold expect. It can work to avoid the skip but it's a lot more work. We won't know the fine details of it until we get close to the xpac because what the players do between now and then will affect the shape of Seelund during the skip, but regardless of anything else that happens, Seelund will continue, and will profit from the chaos. We'll be selling weapons and supplies to both the Republic and the Empire and of course, half our business is moving cargo, legal or otherwise -- there will _always_ be a demand for that, no matter who's in charge of where. If Corellia is invaded we'll be heavily into the resistance -- we're a Corellian family first and foremost. I can't see us playing nicely with the new invading group though... unless they offer us some kind of really sweet deal (I'm talking on the scale of, "we'll leave Corellia alone if you do business with us" sort of sweet deal). To accommodate anyone who wants a reason for their character to check out during the skip and come back unaged, we'll be building in some kind of event right at the beginning of the skip story that could potentially leave a few people in a state that requires us to put them in stasis until we can fix them. Probably something involving an accident with exo-tech, though we haven't settled on details yet. And we can make that happening available to anyone with ties to Seelund (not just in-guild, but any of our associates) who needs a reason for their character to go into stasis. That gives them all a reason to come back at the same time and we can rp waking them up as one of our first story nights after the skip.
  8. Unless the vast majority of the folks we rp with leave, Seelund's not going anywhere. I can't speak to queue pops since I generally avoid doing group content unless I have my own full group, but for rp specifically? I don't understand how people can say it's dead. I'm having to stall people on running events and stretching out storylines, and turning things down, and letting stories and events go by the wayside, because there are only seven days in a week and we can't do everything. Seelund may be small but we're overloaded on things to do on Jung Ma already and they're coming in faster than I can plan them and get them to players. So long as we stay packed for rp stories like that? I'm happy here.
  9. Should probably get us in on this... Guild Name: Seelund Cartel Faction: Imperial, with Pub guild (Seelund Trading Co) for rp-only characters or alts Focus: RP Website: http://www.seelundtrading.com Recruitment Thread: n/a Point of Contact: Aurhya on Imp, Aurhia on Pub Thanks!
  10. It's pretty clear there are some people answering here who don't understand how rp communities work. So try this: As a guild leader, I need to know how much time to build into my guild's story to prepare for the xpac. We're a cartel/mafia family and our current head is nearing retirement. If the skip is a year or two, she will probably still be in charge. If it's five or ten or twenty, one of her children will have to be running it or maybe even a grandchild. As these are all player characters, that changes _everything_ including potentially who the guild leader is! The mafia family's entire organization didn't all go into stasis and my characters won't be going into stasis either. I have to write stories for what happens during that time so that when the xpac starts, we know what happened to the family and our characters in the intervening time period and are ready to jump ahead to that time. RP guilds provide additional story content for players, but I can't write decades worth of additional story for the guild, all my own characters, AND facilitate that additional story for all my players, overnight. I need to know in advance if I'm looking at writing two years of additional story content, or twenty. None of our characters, when interacting with each other and the rest of the community, is "The Outlander," because then we would ALL be the Outlander. How stupid would that be? THAT is why we need some idea of the amount of time between. For our personal and guild stories.
  11. I am having the opposite problem (but probably has the same underlying cause). I accepted a few keys before I knew that there was a limit on the number you could have, so I tried to drop some of them. They will appear to be deleted after I do the confirmation box... until the next time I log in. Then they're all there again and it says my keyring is full. The owner of the strongholds revoked the keys when I couldn't drop them... but they still show up in my list and still give me access to the owner's stronghold even when they're offline.
  12. *cough* Imp alts made to match your Pub *cough* I plan to attend this week if I can since I missed the last one, and I'll drag as many people along as I can
  13. Thanks for the event! I look forward to seeing the video and I'm always willing to help coordinate Pub-side.
  14. Congratulations to Jaecar for becoming our first champion! Think it should have been you? Come prove it on Tuesday! Hope to see you there.
