lol thats pretty epic ^ I have a couple of uninspired alts. 2 jedi's one called ful (soon to be master ful) and one called beta... soon to be... well... But they were just for fun and are still level 1. my actually chars are named decently e.g. flare

if you dont want to play a class that you feel might be brought down to a more even level with the other classes... then you are a FOTM player and ...well.... get out. Play what you enjoy

24 sage, 30 scoundrel, 32 juggernaught, 19 powertech, 15 sentinel, 27 commando, 20 sniper. And countless deleted toons. BUT Im sticking with my soundrel now until I know more about legacy, I dont want new races to come out for alts and Find out I have every class past level 30. Which would leave me with a decision of sticking with the original races or playing to 30+ all over again just to change skins basically.

Wait so the whole point of this thread is: Scoundrels are squishy as **** so I can kill em easy if the fight starts with them unstealthed. But if they stealth up to me and CC then they can kill me. I dont want them to ever kill me, nerf them please. ....really?

I knew about the issue of companions skills resetting when zoning/mounting/dismissing/breathing, but never really payed to much attention to what people where saying because I hadnt cared what my companion did, But now that Ive rolled a scoundrel im finding that bowdaar keeps breaking my cc with his roar, and since I have a mount now, its always reset when I move. So, how are you guys getting around this problem until patch this? or is there no real solution atm. p.s. A little bit curious after looking at the 1.1 patch notes as to why ANY of the companion fixes are more important then this. oh well, dems the breaks

I had the same frustrating troubl, but its not so bad anymore, just hit esc 3 times and its all gone. means you can close all the windows in half a second and still get the medpac on before you die

lifetime subs sound good to the consumer, but they actually hurt the game long term, it gives the devs less money to work with for content patches. is that what you want? I'd say paying with the plans they have available lets you support the devs better.

i'd like to know where the got the 10 year mark as being an mmo vet. im sure someone who has been playing for 8 years would consider themselves a veteran. Im not bitter, I qualify for your 10 year measurement, but that number seems.. I dunno... like you are being elitist because you have also hit that mark.

well I wasnt trying to defend against your comment, im not TB. I understand not everyone is going to like him. My comment was saying that, yes they are questions beta players have been constantly asking, and here is rockjaw answeing them in the video. if he was answering questions no one was asking in beta, then TB obviously would have been asking the wrong ones because no one cares enough to be asking them anyway. I'm not trying to argue, im trying to present infnormation for people, that they might not otherwise see

I was going to level a tank, not for flashpoint tanking but for solo pve. Anyway, I got my companion vette, and I gotta say, i dont like her at all, Im an aspiring dark lord who will happily kill anyone in my way, and all that gets me with her is negative points. So I thought to myself, thats fine, I hear that you get an apprentice eventually, or some kind of sith. Whatever the case, surely a felllow sith will be more then willing to join me in my killing of innocents, and I like that, it helps with immersion. Then I read a thread and find out he/she is dps.. I was picturing a tank + heal thing going with my companion, I know there are healer companions aswell but they dont sound as fun as travelling with a felllow sith. Its like im going around in circles trying to get a good combination of a role I want with a companion I want. And they both have equal levels of importance to me. Anyone else had this trouble?

I just rollled a SW and have received Vette, but I notice she doesnt like bullying or killing of innocents.. which in turn means me and her wont get along to well. My question is, can you eventually change the way a companion thinks? example, turning vette into a full on civvie killing dark mother ****er

yeah I thought m1 was terrible until I decided to get off my lazy ***, pick up cybertech, level it to about 150-170 and make some gear for him. I only put in 2 parts, 2 motors and 2 cores, everything else is still his starting gear, and he is a beast now, I love coming up against any elites, because I can sit there all day healing the damage he takes very comfortably

Speaking of which, is there are way of gearing him other then just hoping for gear drops and getting random quest rewards for him? I was checking his stats.. and your right, they do blow. But I cant say Ive ever seen a droid armour vendor.

Ive tried it before, didnt really enjoy dungeons as a tank. But I do enjoy them out of dungeons.... wierd
