  2. what legacy? this game will be as dead as Warhammer is now, only it wont take 3 years - more like 6 months. another gigant EA flop
  3. sadly, there's no fix... you cansee it by what goes in 1.2... just mindless tweaking... core issues are still there: core issues like absolute lack of world PvP and boring limited WZs
  4. No significant PvP is coming for the forseeable future (at least 9 months) it's safe to uninstall and enjoy other things in life
  5. oh i thought you are going to talk about a REAL patterns: like "critical" threads are being corraled while you can create as many "praise" threads as you want, these are untouchable

  8. NO, just because i'm already done with the game. my sub runs out on 3-18 (among half a million of other quitters)
  9. You sound like they "added extra avenue" without disturbing the previous status quo. That's not the case. By adding this fairly poorly executed "avenue" they severly gimped whatever resemblance of open world pvp we had before on our server, at least

It may be me only...but, since 1.1.5 both Ilum daily and weekly now take twice as long to complete as before, simply because Republic does not show up on Ilum anymore...you can spend hours trying to get few boxes, but that's even more depressing now that before. 3 boxes per WZ is really low... i enjoy maybe 5 WZs a day after that number i usually get bored and just give up... just saying, it's fine to get rid of Ilum as it was a failure, but substitute it with some other ways of getting bags....
  11. "fps" is not "good" on Ilum, with more than 20 people present in close radius. it's outright catastrophic. on my pc way , way exceeding recommended specs it hovers around 10 fps with any semi-decent number of people around (in combat situations, when there's so fighting it's fine)
  12. lol @ "story"... story is nothing, it's inconsequential, linear, mostly cheesy cut-scene dialog painted over 20yr-old same crap quest mechanic
  13. One thing they did very well, is that they have proven that pumping $200m into a project does not guarantee anything.

    none of the above. people just need an outlet to voice their sore dissapointment about the game, many of them waited for years in hope this will be their "mmo home" for years to come. it turned out to provide mediocre content for less than 3 months for vast majority of the population. waiting for magical fix the the current issues is irrational. Took them 5 years to produce this turd of an end-game, there's absolutely no reason why they'd get it "fixed" in any near future my sub ends on march 18th as well... just saying...
  16. even on servers where there's some fighting going on, it's still terrible. 99% of the times it amounts to grouping up just outside the center area and once you have superior numbers, zerging the center. That's all there is to it. They have all Mythic employees, expertise, experience...just *********** copy/paste Praag map for example, add some robots and it'd be 1000x better than this **** they're forcefeeding us with now
  17. Another dead system that artificially rises prices of gear. 1000/1000 doesnt look so bad, but of course in reality it's 4000. We dont need that fig leaf pretending that there are alternatives in this game. It's all wz comms grind.
  18. btw, this is another serious fail by BW, letting people earn gear not even in game yet. yeah it lets the ones with top gear already have an illusion of "doing something" that's not completely pointless, but at a price of insta-consumption of content once it's released. So they will try to prevent that from happening by adding some other artificial blocks, besides valor... that in turm will make new players so far behind that they will insta-enrage, so to placate them, they will let them gain valor "significantly faster" ... and so on, so on..
  19. needs to go in a good week before March 18 , so 500k+ people who already/going to quit have a chance to reconsider

    that's another thing, for a gear based game, your choices (lol...SWTOR was supposed to be about choices) are non-existant... just to bring up another BRD reference (when i come to think about it, BRD gotta be a pinnacle of multi-path, multi purpose dungeon design) - barman runs for an excellent off-hand.... again, nothing like this is implemented in swtor

    heh, so many people try to deny that... but it's not only "content" per se, like zones (which, btw were vastly superior in vanila WoW)... one simple example comes to mind: on my rogue, who was making enchants, i was, whenever i was "bored" doing BRD vault solo runs for rare crafting mats - it was fun, challenging and meaningful - as these enchants (fire res and more) were viable all the way till BC expansion... NOTHING like this exists in this game

    yeah, but... i expected them to provide full pve and pvp experience end-game. it's painfully not the case... they got my $90... hey, dont spend it all in one place!

    i obly liked their Baldur's Gate series... everything else was "blah" to me
