The enforcer bonus is also extremely lackluster so ya...
I don't remember the rating off the top of my head (200 ish crit rating I want to say)
If you want some accuracy so your couple of white damage attacks miss less, cool. It just won't do anything for your main attacks.
You don't really NEED any accuracy, since almost all of the damage will be tech attacks (which players have no innate resistance to, unlike raid bosses)
I'd say around 25% crit should be pretty good, and on Tuesday they're giving us a +6% crit buff
I use 2 field medic (+10% shield probe) and 2 old PvE pieces (+15% Back Blast crit) for set bonuses
Technically this skill exists, it's called Cloaking Screen
Personally I think they should add a trait that makes Hidden Strike/Shoot First useable outside stealth on enemies in execute range, then up it's cooldown a little bit (12 or 15 seconds?)
It's:
Crit or Power
Accuracy or Surge (or Alacrity but ya....)
Get 100% (or like 99.76% or w/e it is, depends on gear tier) accuracy, then stack Surge
Do crit rating as your preference, I wouldn't go over 200ish rating though. Rest in Power
Ignoring class main stat bonuses: Aim: Increases ranged bonus damage and ranged critical chance Cunning: Increases tech bonus damage/healing and tech critical chance Strength: Increases melee bonus damage and melee critical chance Willpower: Increases force bonus damage/healing and force critical chance Then of course, each is a "main stat" for a class Trooper/BH: Aim increases both ranged and tech bonus damage/healing and crit chance Smuggler/IA: Cunning increases both tech and ranged bonus damage/healing and crit chance Knight/Warrior: Strength increases both melee and force bonus damage/healing and crit chance Consular/Inquisitor: Willpower increases both force and melee bonus damage/healing and crit chance
You're not supposed to be able to heal through the fires on Cademimu last boss, you're supposed to move to where the fires aren't. I don't know how much damage it does in the on level version, but in 55 hardmode the fire does over 13k damage per tick.
Either, BH is especially nice since your healer is you first companion.
Merc has cast times, Power tech doesn't (for the most part, a couple of channels)
Merc is 30 meter ranged, Power tech is 10 meters or less (for most skills)
Did you just say that Scoundrel healers don't use Underworld Medicine a lot?
In PvP your instants are more important, but if you try to heal an operation without using Underworld Medicine as your main heal, people will die... a lot
It's happened to me 4 or 5 times in warzones in the last two days, I'll use scamper and then I'm permanently stuck. Generally I then die and get kicked from the warzone for being in spawn too long.
I don't think it's necessarily caused by being CC'd while in the scamper animation either, as at least two of the times it's happened I was not CC'd but still got stuck.
Sin's get a pull in the tank tree
Uh for me, it's whichever tank doesn't take a huge damage spike and give me a heart attack.
As for animations, Shadows and Vanguards aren't too boring, Guardians are kinda yawn inducing. Of course that's assuming I get the chance to watch instead of staring at health bars.
