The True Republic might be a good guild for you. We're not 30+ (though a good chunk of our players are), but in general we all fall into the casual playerbase, as we've got jobs / lives / etc. PvP is fun, PVE is fun, and we're willing to help out a new player as long as you're not dumb or annoying. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Doesn't Force Lightning slow down the person you're hitting? (I cannot remember.) That's useful for things like huttball / intercepting incomings to a node. Maybe not a rotational thing, but certainly a utility.

As has been said, you kill healers with focus. You kill multiple healers with focus and CCs. A lot of the issue I see is DPS wasting their burst on a healer while the other healer(s) freecast. Then when they see it doesn't work, they go into stun mode. You have to stun and then burst. Also, use your interrupts wisely. Seriously. And if you have the coordination and motivation to, throw the tech classes on force users and vice versa. And pylons and consoles and huttballs.

That's pretty much what I'm running, too. Though I have a few more augments in alacrity until I get to right around 9%, because I like healing fast. I've considered playing around with WP augments, but haven't committed to it. Either way, I'm doing OK on healing, so I think it's a good setup.

Looks like a lot of fun! Count on some Knights of Sokan being there, I'll put it up on the guild calendar and try and spread the word on pub side. I feel like sharding is going to be more of an issue on Makeb than it has been Hoth - every time I'm on the planet it seems like guildies are spread out across 4, sometimes even 5 shards with only 50 or so people on each. Just adding to the choir. Sniper's solution seems like it would be an alright plan if we treat it more as a brawl and not so much as "win/lose" thing, keeping people from caring *too* much about numbers.
