then by all means keep playing. I'll never have a problem paying for games, I played DAOC for 9 years maintaining 5 accounts between me and my wife for that entire time. played WoW for 7 years. but both of those games had something to keep me playing.. this game does not.

the thing that should be alarming to those of you SWTOR lovers that are gonna remain subbed is this: all of this blaming the market trend for the dropping of subs means that they are in denial that there's anything wrong with the game. if they can't at least admit that there are some glaring issues with the game and that is the reason for sub loss, they wont fix anything and the game will become stagnant at an alarming rate. food for thought.

that's a huge thing that Rift nailed... dynamic events(rifts) as well as monthly world events that involved the community and actively promoted community cooperation. monthly... swtor had 1 similar event in 8 months and it degenerated into massive clumps of people on the fleet spreading the plague to farm the currency(I forget what it was called)...
