Forgot one of my security questions. Couldn't log in. Submitted a ticket. Got a reply 15 minutes later telling me I needed to call customer support myself, for security reasons. I called customer support, got connected to someone within 10 minutes. Guy got down to business, reset my forgotten question, made sure I knew the rest of my questions, and that was the end of it.
Oh, and this was on Christmas day.
So yeah, I've definitely had worse.
