  1. TBC only had hardmode if you wanna get specific. Also, for the most part we not only cleared most content, but cleared it prenerfs and with pretty good rankings the entire time. Thats a pretty big caveat, and the guild didnt quit in cata because it couldnt kill things, but due to being burned out from raiding so long.
  2. We had quite a few people who couldnt see the blue spheres, or red missile circles on this fight as well. Its just something you have to heal through at this point, but if its something that remains in nightmare it might not be able to be overcame. This bug happened on soa too in p1 we had members who couldnt see the aoe things on that fight either. Also the cannoneers i believe it is for trash mobs red circle isnt always visible, which always leads to a few deaths.
  3. We imploded near the end of vanilla, although quite a few of our members joined up with Illumination I believe and cleared the rest of content. We reformed for TBC and played together through sometime in cata.
  4. While Might is accomplished, it is a bit maybe overzealous to call us one of the greats all time. We had some pretty solid progression rankings for 5+ years through some of the harder content(tbc-wrath in particular). Its the folks at MMO-mechanics.com who deemed us as such, so its not us with giant ego's. Those who were still around for T11 were only raiding 8 man as far as I know due to not that many even coming back to play in cataclysm, and most of those who raided in that tier just straight hit a wall. Those playing had been raiding since release and no longer wanted to go through the grind anymore. Back then we raided 5 nights a week 4.5-5 hours a night maybe more. During progression there were times we'd put in an extra 4 hours on sunday and even some time on saturday. Now whether were close to kills or not its 3 nights a week 4 hours a night. Overall though I'd like to thank the people over at mmo-mechanics, it was fun last night.
  5. Room for error is pretty tight and the dps check is pretty good on tanks. Also, I remember Mob Mentality and Turks a bit from sargeras in wow. Me and a few others from virakar are playing with Might on Hedarr Soongh.
  6. Its the same place your armor buff for when you are tank healing is at they dont have. All factors considered all the healers are much much closer together than they were prepatch, and contrary to popular belief the sky isnt falling.
  7. Just imagine trying to be an operative prepatch, now you are on their level. It really does suck doesnt it?
  8. lol you're refering to normal mode where showing up is all it takes for beating encounters. Try doing a 114k hp council mob on nightmare and get back to me about viability of concealment operatives. Im aware of applying acidblade via HS at the start of the fight, but the encounters that actually matter when you have to kill higher HP mobs concealment operatives fall off quickly and harshly. I used to play an operative before switching to my mercenary, and i haven't looked back yet. Anything an operative can do outside restealth and rez I can do better.
  9. Ever thought they were bringing healers closer together balance wise and now put the new content on the public TEST server to test how those changes are? Obviously if a full rakata raid group is hitting an enrage timer on storymode its a bit overtuned and will be fixed.
  10. Have you even seen collective real dps parses from 1.2 content? Or you just blindly ragequitting the game because your class got "nerfed" from an imaginery level to another imaginery level without truly knowing where you stand in the grand scheme of dps tiers?
  11. If you watch the stream, the mob directly east of Stab is the mob you are refering to its 70k hp on nightmare. The one i was on is a bit farther east and i dragged it from where it stood to max range, but it was the 114k variety just like the streamer. Considering my haste dropping tracer down to 1.25 or so and it doing 2k damage or so without additional armor debuffs for non crit tracers account for ~1.6k dps without even critting. I would say i can easily do 1750 dps without even critting. Thats without an adrenal and without critting.
  12. If you haven't noticed mercs and sorcs got nerfed with operatives getting buffed. They are attempting to bring all healers in balance with each other and balance content accordingly. Nobody likes to get "nerfed", but you are getting balanced.
  13. Its a catch 22, as dps goes up you kill it faster then you have higher uptime on an adrenal and the higher portion of the adrenal the even higher your dps is. Throw in a few good barrage procs and you kill the mob pretty quickly. As my pal crestlin included, look at our march 20th recording right before the 3hour mark for proof.

  15. Your guild must be awful. With no backstab or acid blade able to be applied you shouldnt beat anything but maybe assassins. And your advice to stopping and casting a heal instead of at least auto attacking and using that excess energy for overload shot is piss poor. Dont forget to orbital strike too.
  16. Pushing railshot back, means replacing it with a heat attack that would be potentially unsustainable heat wise or rapidshotting. Either way hitting railshot on CD is a dps gain over its alternatives.
  17. With say 10% haste you can cast 5 tracers, 2 unloads and HSM/RS every 15 seconds for full tracerlock for RS. You would regen 75 heat via regen and lets be conservative and say 3 TV procs for another 24 heat. That ability use above would use 128 heat which is 29 heat higher than heat mitigated, and vent heat only takes care of like 11 per 15 seconds so you basically be forced into 4 tracers and have to cast RS with 4 tracerlocks. In conclusion, I'd easily trade a TM/rapidshot/4stack RS casts for one unload all day everyday. Not to mention I was conservative with the TV procs since i averaged one per 5 seconds when you could get up to one per 3 seconds. Also casting more unloads makes your TV procs more fluid since you hit more times per seconds.

  19. Whats your accuracy by chance? I see you didnt miss anything that entire time, not large enough sample size, but quite convincing you are over the cap. Hell, if you dont mind just list your stats plz.
  20. Lost a few more than usual on J/S during last night's clear, but nothing preventing us from killing them. Noticed nothing different on our karagga kill personally.
  21. Whoever it is assigned to can loot the corpse without autoloot on then not loot it, close out the loot window and then every other raid member can see/loot it.
  22. Cunning is the stat you want regardless of spec. It is boosting your damage.
  23. The tooltip should read: Coats your blade with acid causing your next Hidden strike or backstab to poison the target for X kinetic damage over 6 seconds, and granting a 50% armor penetration buff for 15 seconds.
