  1. As a person that just hit Legacy 50 today I was very disappointed in the rewards I got because oh wait, there were none. A title would be nice. Maybe a reduction in character specific legacy ability costs. Right now once you get over that 25 there really is no point to leveling legacy. Sure something more could come out later but with people hitting the capt now it really should be in the game now. I suggest a title like: Name, they have no life Or Name, Needs to go outside more often, Just make it funny.

    please stop...

So when you say left or right do you mean left/right on your mini map? Or left/right depending which way your facing? Using grass/snow is a better descriptor of which side you want people to go. Is it lame? Sure but it's less confusing and if people can't figure it out.... well they need to learn the lingo of warzones.
  3. I think if you're level 49 and valor level 49 you should be allowed to buy BM gear (but not WH pieces) That still won't allow you to get too many pieces before you hit 50. Sure a person could build up all of their RWZ coms and then turn them back into WZ but that's a really bad idea since it takes 3 WZ coms to get a RWZ com but turning them back is 1 for 1. You're far better off keeping them as RWZ since you're so close to 50. I'm not sure if this idea is possible since I have no idea of how it gets programed but I think it would be a good solution. Having a character half way through 49 and pretty much leveling through PVP I'm not excited about hitting 50 and being farmed like a noob with a majority of recruit gear.
  4. Sages can take away health to boost willpower then they heal themselves. If you do that long enough in a match you can get some pretty significant numbers when you didn't help the team at all.
  5. If I see a healer doing it I call them on it if the match is still in contention. Something like, "Their-name, If you quit padding your stats and actually heal the group we might win this thing." It either shames them into helping win or at the very least it puts it out their so people won't give them a vote. Not that votes mean anything but at least it might go to someone that tries to win the match.
  6. No, Underwold Medicine costs 25 energy and grants an Upper Hand. Kolto Pack only costs an Upper Hand and zero energy. At least that was the case until a few days ago.
  7. Has anyone else noticed that Kolto Pack is consuming an Upper Hand (as intended) AND around 20-25 energy? I just started noticing this the past couple of days that I'm always out of energy and it won't let me cast Kolto Pack even with a stack of 3 Upper Hand.
  8. I know that you have put a lot of time and effort into the cut scenes, but is it possible to toggle them off for the two PvP warzones? A person sees them so often they just kind of become a hinderance when you want to get in the match..
  9. I asked the question yesterday because I couldn't transfer a character due to having 8 already on the destination server. Here's the response: My thought is at some point in the near future the old servers will be shut down and you will be forced to move. Although, it might be a couple of months after paid transfers are allowed.
  10. There is a known bug if you die and take the speeder back to grass/snow that you might not get defense medals. Not sure what the issue with VS is but sometimes only 1 or 2 people get defense medals. I've put tickets in and had a live chat with CSR giving him dates/times etc. on the issue. It is being investigated.
  11. I just saw the same thing yesterday. The guy had a Gladiator title, had the BM chestpiece and the rest were mid 20s to 40 gear mostly greens. I asked him why he didn't bother to get the recruit gear or at least the level 40 stuff pvp gear and he said it didn't matter since all of his gear was boosted to level 49 anyway. To think of all those wasted warzone coms makes me sick when he said he had just dinged 50 and bought the chestpiece. I just wish that the recruit stuff sold back at a decent price to the vendor compared to how much it costs. And for those that "can't afford" it I say quit being lazy and do some dailies. Within 2 days (3 hours of playtime) you can have the money for the set and you won't be so worthless. You won't be as good as people in full WH but you shouldn't be either considering they've put the time and effort into getting that gear. I wish they had had a starter set to purchase when I first started.
  12. It was really sad to hear that Huttball was designed to allow the ball carrier to use sprint and leap. I think there is a big difference between what the makeup of teams are and who actually scores the majority of the time. What do those numbers say? It would be better that all ball carriers move at the same speed because a lot of us are in pugs. We don't control the makeup so not only could we not have a healer but we also might be tech heavy and therefore at a disadvantage to a force using team. With the force users able to sprint or leap past the obstacles while carrying the ball it gives an unfair advantage to them while the rest of us have to wait for the flames to die down. Unless you expect us techs to only stand on our goal line. All 8 people on a team should be viable ball carriers. I guess my best bet as a tech user is to just leave Huttball and try to get into one of the other 3 warzones.
  13. It may be the same warzones but it'll be against other premades where skill will really matter. A premade using verbal communications and all on the same strategy has a huge advantage over a pug.
  14. Could you please explain how a tie in a PVP match is chosen? Is it a random draw or some equation taking into account: kills, deaths, damage, healing and medals? Is there a reason why it can't be a win for both sides with them sharing the Valor and commendations? A tie is usually a hard fought match on both sides and just seems to me lthat both sides should be rewarded the same way, instead of one side getting a win which counts towards their daily and weekly quests.

    Huttball Boycott

I'm fine with classes using all of their abilities in the match.... just not as the ball carrier. That person should have to run and throw the ball like everyone else that doesn't have those abilities. There is a reason why the ball carrier can't go invisible while carrying the ball, because it gives that person too much of an advantage. The same goes for sprint and leap.
  16. In my opinion you are wrong in using these "other" abilites such as sprint and leap while you are carrying the ball. It gives force users too great of an advantage over tech users in this warzone. Why shouldn't invisibility be allowed for the ball carrier when a Jedi Knight/Sith Warrior can cover almost half the field in a matter of seconds using leap, push and leap again? If they have to run and throw the ball like tech users do then you will actually see balanced matches instead or romps by force heavy teams.

    Huttball Boycott

For all of you non Sith or Jedi, are you tired of feeling like a second class citizen in a Huttball match? Watching all of those Sith and Jedi sprint or leap by you while they carry the ball and you are CC'd by one of their AOE CCs? Do you want Bioware to stop ball carriers from using leap and sprint while carrying the ball? Then join me in a Huttball boycott. If you get placed in a match, leave before it starts and requeue to try to get a different warzone. Maybe, if enough of us quit participating in Huttball, Bioware will implement this fix that levels the playing field for all classes. Navik - 50 Commando The Harbinger
  18. Are there any plans to limit the abilities of the ball carrier in Huttball, such as not allowing leap or sprint, so that the game will be a bit more even between tech and force classes?
  19. I agree it is frustrating getting into a match at the very end and not having enough time to get the required number of medals. It would be nice to be rewarded for being placed in an existing match. For example twice today I was in a queue for 5-8 minutes only to be placed in a WZ at the end and did not receiving any valor etc. Then you go back into a queue wait the 5-8 minutes and get in at the end of a match to once again receive nothing. This doesn't happen very often but often enough to make a person discouraged. I would like to see people that leave often actually get punished. It seems like there are a few people that never seem to stay in until the end. If you queue solo you can't avoid these people and are therefore at a distinct disadvantage.
