you can in fact RE them for materials

yes you can RE them, no you cant learn new schematics from them

from what i can gather, its shield/absorb that we should stack. im also new to PT tanking, but have a semi decent tank set from being dps for so long. currently sitting around 50% for both shield and absorb, and havent had any healers complain. I started at around 40% in both when I switched to tank.

I leveled my BH after coming back, sometime after 1.3 went live. I proceeded through chapter 3 and my load screen now says Interlude so whatever bug exists I dodged it

Been pyro since level 30ish. Enjoy the spec, but want something new. So my question is, what is the "cookie cutter" spec for PvE AP? In addition, are the desired stats the same as pyro? Is the 4 set bonus for our PvE tiered gear worth getting, or should I ignore it and just maximize my stats with gear I like the looks of?

hmmmmm, i would run around in the bounty hunter looking gear on my sorcerer, just to mess with people if this ever happened

I've specifically picked up republic only schematics on my Powertech Armortech crafter, as I am leveling a commando alt, and being able to make and send him gear makes it worth it to me.

pretty sure any healing specced commandos would disagree with you OP. You may not use them, but they do. does that mean since they dont use the majority of their dps abilities they should be removed from commandos as well? Your logic is terrible

so much wrong. first off, if it were set in movie time era, we would be regulated to faceless members of our respective faction. I got more than enough of that in WoW. Second, the mere thought of BW breaking movie lore would cause many more fans to be angry and quit playing than a movie era mmo would bring in. in short, they picked the perfect era, bc they could make the lore up and not fubar the movie/expanded universe lore and cause all the sw fanboys/girls to foam at the mouth

yet armstech still cannot craft aim based offhand shields/foci

why would you take augment slots from artifice? as of right now, they can crit offhand shields/foci and sabers, yet in your post, you want to give that to armstech?

or even being able to turn them back in for warzone marks, at an overall loss, would make them useful for the people who end up with a crapton of them left over

my roommate is a synthweaver ^.^ and my BH alt is armortech, so I have my bases covered without swapping skills lol. Unless they made the crit gear BoP >.>

you can RE them, but you won't learn the schematics.

there are schematics for orange moddable belts and bracers as well, so gotta factor that in as well

actually. if you craft a baseline blue and RE it for an epic pattern, you can RE that epic for a better, or tier 2 epic

its really up to you in the end. im still pluggin away at tryin to get these gloves to RE in the epic i need XD

it happens. I've RE'd well over 100 blue quality gloves i craft on my armortech trying to get a specific epic pattern, with no luck. just keep pluggin away at it

just be careful with how you heal. healing as a sorcerer is amazingly easy as long as you manage your force pool properly. once you get to level 36, respec and go full corruption to get force bending, which causes your innervate crits to give you a free consumption, which is pure win as a healer
