Did SWTOR change or do some thing to The gear? The black market force-lords mk-1 lower robe now has alacrity when it use to have surge. How come the change? Duffy says i should not have 0 alacrity now i have some alacrity and will have to do a lot to remove it. or is the change a good thing and i should leave it? it has me confused . please help. oh i am running the madness build.

Need help with my sith sorcerer. My crit multiplier is 63.71 % and it should be in the 70 + % , I have added some more surge but it didn't bring it up very much at all. opps I should start by saying that I don't seem to be getting very much dps . For example....force lighting says it deals 4146 in damage but the highest hits that I have seen is about 1327 or less. I have looked at other sorcerers and they all have 70% crit multipliers and critical chances in 25 % range . so how do I fix this? Oh also I am lvl 55 and have basic com gear black Market force-lords MK 1
