  1. If you're circling someone you can see what is happening around you while keeping your eyes on your target.
  2. That's more like the hours for a part-time job. 2-3 hours a day is casual.
  3. Level brackets was never the problem. It's the expertise stat that is the issue. A new level 50 against another level 50 decked out in expertise will still roll over that 50 like he/she was a level 10. The nerfs to the buff stacking/biochem will be the major change.
  4. I'd rather they fix the reasons for people rage quitting than just tack on penalties.

    PvP and Guilds

Warzones aren't really made for guilds since 4 people is the party limit to queue up. Illum is the only place where guilds will be able to actually pvp as a guild. Though it remains to be seen what effects the changes to Illum will have in the 1.1 patch, i largely anticipate that the faction imbalance is not going away any time soon and will still hurt the open pvp. Perhaps adding a guild vs guild feature, where you can designate a maximum number of players each side can have, would actually give PvP guilds something to do as a guild. Of course the numbers would have to vary since there are small and large guilds. Also, to coincide with it, perhaps an alliance system so the feature could be more alliance vs alliance than guild vs guild. That way a couple small guilds could band together to fight a larger guild. I do not assume that this is the perfect idea and there could obviously be suggestions to improve upon it. However, you have to start somewhere with an idea.

  7. They just need to give more rewards for finishing sooner/faster. Problem solved.

    MVP votes

Please implement a system requiring people to vote for an MVP before exiting the warzone.
  9. Since the nerfing of slicing, I have noticed an increased amount of crafting materials on the GTN. As a crafter, I am happy about this. As for selling crafted items, the rate is about the same.
  10. You can complete your war effort quests by killing people. Kill the enemy faction. You gain war efforts, they don't.
  11. They should just improve the healing gained from stacking willpower. Problem solved and it doesn't force everyone else to pointlessly stack expertise against each other.
  12. You fail to grasp the point where ONLY HEALERS get a benefit to people stacking expertise gear, but expertise gear is more or less necessary so you don't get stomped. /facepalm
  13. So what you're saying is expertise gear is only there to bring heals back to regular levels? My point is with everyone stacking expertise gear, the only benefit anyone gets is to healing. As a Tank, I won't take any less damage from someone with equal expertise gear. As a DPS, I won't do any more damage against someone with equal expertise gear. As a Healer, I can heal more regardless of what other gear people are wearing.
  14. Expertise gear is dumb because let's say two characters are of equal expertise giving 20% bonuses across the board. You do 2k base damage. With the expertise buff you do 20% more damage (2,000 x 1.2 = 2,400). Now the other person has 20% dmg reduction (2,400 x .8 = 1,920). However, healing just continues to get stronger and stronger. So as people stack more and more PvP gear, HP gets higher, damage stays the same basically, and healing gets stronger. EDIT: They should have different kinds of expertise gear to either increase damage reduction, damage, or healing. That would be better than increasing everything across the board.
  15. That's debatable since I think it's actually easier to fill oranges with mods. For armormech/synthweaving you would need to reverse engineer for 7 different schematics to fill all your slots. Meanwhile filling custom gear you only need 3 schematics. Sure they are across different crew skills, but that doesn't change the fact that it is still only 3 schematics.
