His ability is called something like crushing dark, watch for it on the cast bar, you can either interrupt it, or use the environment to break his line of sight, this works and was the only way i could solo him, keep distance, use your stun only as last resort, keep your interrupt button smoking, and if you're running a healer like i was, keep your shield and instant hot rolling, also use your instant cast slow to keep him off you. Took maybe 2 full minutes to kill him without my companion as he kept getting one shot.

Negative, after the dungeon finder, go look at the barrens, totally empty at a major quest hub, you can't even find higher level griefers at any quest hub in the open world, because *shocker* you can just stay at your home city.

The arrow in the knee thing happens in Skyrim, it's like a placeholder comment every time you run past a city guard, and i mean any city guard even in cities miles away from each other. It was posted that Bioware was unhappy with the current combat logs and that a revamp will be incoming sometime in the future, no actual date has been set yet. Most likely assume that it will drop when they include their own addons which is incoming also.
