The coat looks like one I've gotten. I've picked up one from the hammer station flashpoint. And it's an orange, can't remember the name. personally I love the ones from nar shadda which are the white officer's outfits, but if i can find some legging to go with the dark one then I'd have two sets. the hardest part for me was finding a decent looking sniper rifle.

I thought that too, but from reading a couple of other threads, this seems to have only started popping up recently. it could be one of the recent patches caused this bug.

Yeah... The cannot see target thing is a pain. As a marksman sniper spec, I managed to do it by running in to start a fight with incapacitate and sitting on him, as soon as he moves he starts to be able to be targeted again but by then, vector's about half dead. if you want to do this fight before the bug's fixed the best advice I can give is to interrupt his long channels, the little ones arn't as big a trouble. And whenever you get to half health pop a trama medkit. Also if you start the fight with incapacitate you can do a bit of damage before he's back fighting and it should be up again during the fight. And don't forget heavy shot(the buff to ambush) and cover pulse both will interrupt whatever he's channeling, so use those too
