These changes sound terrible, but I shouldn't be surprised by them.

I had the same issue when trying to pull mods from 224 gloves obtained from a token I won last night in Dread Fortress.

I was in a solo ranked match tonight with a guy who had no mods in his greaves. He said, "Oops. I'm wearing my RP clothes." He then put on some green pants, and that match ended up being the exact opposite of awesome for us. lol
