  1. I have to disagree as well... I am loving the new mechanics and difficulty level. I would find any game boring that I never died playing, and a tank-and-spank fight could not be any less interesting to me. If the game is not a challenge, I potentially will lose interest quickly. I play a Sage and there are some fights where at the end my heart is racing and it was very exciting! Add to this the Star Wars music building in the background and I think the new HM FPs rock. That said, in a couple months when we are all geared up these will be a cake walk too... just in time for the next content release
  2. Loving Makeb! Really trying hard to limit my play time as I want it to last Had the 14th marked on my calendar since the announcement. 1. Very happy with the price. For me it's already worth every penny (dinged 52 last night) 2. Planet looks beautiful and NPC stories are interesting 3. Great to hear my character's voice again and progress the galactic story line 4. Very pleased with the mixed questing and daily areas 5. Enjoying tinkering with my rotation and adding a new ability. Mix up of the commendations also interesting. I've only completed the one Heroic 4 so far and love the mechanics (getting there and fighting). Nothing too difficult or ground breaking but simply a little puzzle and a little challenging first time... felt like a mini flashpoint and the 3 others I ran with all agreed. I am really enjoying myself. Time and money well spent!
  3. Looks amazing! Consider me a happy customer Keep up the great work.
  4. Very interesting news. You have my attention (for new content) and my patience Bioware. I am a very happy subscriber and will continue to be for the foreseeable future. For me the $15 a month is not only an investment in a game I really enjoy, but a very very affordable form of entertainment. I spent $20 for a 2 hr movie last month, but paid you $15 and got 8 operation evenings with my guild, and many (maybe too many??) more hours of trading, flashpoints, warzones and some sweet space combat Thanks again. Keep up the good work!
  5. My AC is Sage Seer 32/7/2. Almost exclusively play PvE. Currently running progression HM operations with my guild group. 1. How do you think your Sage spec is perceived by other classes? I've had nothing but positive comments from others whether running HM Flashpoints, Operations or world content. Seems to me that the Sage is considered a very viable choice for PvE healing. As for criticisms of no Instant Healing... that's what the Bubble is for. Damage not taken, is health saved the way I play. 2. How do you perceive your own spec? Love it! I really liked the reworking that Bioware did to the way we manage our resource force power. Before the changes I never ran out of focus but often now I am having to manage my resource quite closely, which I find makes the spec very exciting to play. (Denova really gets my heart rate up
  6. Great job Dr's and everyone else at BW... although... if you keep up this pace, I'm never going to get around to playing Mass Effect 3
  7. Very excited and intrigued about the new companion! Galaxy spanning quests? New mechanics and cross faction necessary? Ooohhhh that sounds cool... Keep making the game challenging and giving me reasons to log on folks... I'm having a blast!
  8. Cheers to you Bottcobco! I feel 100% the same. I find it funny that I have had such positive experiences with other players in game, yet if one only read forums, one would believe this game is full of raving lunatics We seem to have here a self selecting group and not a true representation of the "community" as it were. Loving my time in game too, and looking forward to the improvements as they come along.
  9. So you and the devs know, there are times when I log in, hook up with my guildies, and there is a task force of us Jedi running across the landscape. Lightsabers out. Bad guys on the horizen... and it's 1977 again and I'm in my backyard sandbox with my action figures and all my friends. Thanks for all your hard work at keeping us kids. Many of us appreciate it immensely.
  10. Totally agree! Great thread. Some people have gotten really creative with their characters And thanks for doing this every week BW. Great idea
  11. Very cool idea, thanks Joveth (and BW gang). I do enjoy checking out the Community tab on the website and I'm always glad when you all try something new. Maybe I'll have to post on the Best Companion thread now (PS. It's obviously Qyzen Fess) Love the game and keep working to make my $15 a month feel well spent. You hooked me and I'm here for the long haul.
  12. Spot on! (insert Comic Book Guy voice here...) BEST POST EVER!
  13. THANK YOU BIOWARE! I LOVE YOU TOO PS. Any idea when the 'Jade Empire' MMO is coming... hehe
  14. Holy *&%$ I can't believe they took me in! Love it. Happy April Fool's to you too, Bioware. You got me good
