Totally true, there was so much you could do. pvp, pvp armor, crafting, the crapload of collections, social interaction, space, galactic wars in bestine, naboo and coruscant, heroics, and so much more.

yeah, I honestly was hoping for a new kotor 3. But then I thought "hey, maybe this mmo will be better then just a kotor 3." guess I was wrong. I feel like I cant even trust them if they tried to make a new kotor. Anyways, I prefered swg. Although I only played for 5 1/2 years or so, I never got bored logging in every day. Always had something to do, and the community was not made up of over-used meme's and trolls like it is here. In swtor, its been about 3 months and Im completely done with everything. Now luckily, http://www.projectswg.com/forums/index.php?sid=960e9c6631189677e827654a25c5f9b1 is going to be coming out eventually, so I just have to wait. All in all, swg wins in almost every aspect.

I totally would of loved for them to keep the challenge of getting jedi the same as in cu and carried it over to nge.

In all honesty, and not trying to be mean here, but swg was nothing at all like swtor. You really cant compare the two considering swg was a sandbox and swtor is a themepark mmo.

Yea, I couldnt take it anymore. got to like level 35-36ish and still couldnt beat her, wasted all my money on new aermor for me and khem, and stims and meds and still lost. I just got a guilde to come heal me and it worked out. that was in early januaray, thought they might of toned down her a bit.

Never had that happen but I would be so pissed i'de probably just be screaming my head off.

I'll admit, it isnt as fun as it was before, but I still enjoy it.

That same thing was implemented in swg, always loved it. if you died in pvp you could place somewhere from 20k credits too some other number (cant remember) and a bh could get thgere bounty and claim the credits. thought it was very smart.

First its ops, now assasins. Man, there are SO many posts saying assasins are very underpowered. eventually its going to be so bad where 1 class will have a move that does 1 pnt more damage then any other move in the game and the qq'ers will be all like WTFBBQ THAT CLASS IS TOO OP THEY BE KILLING EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!111!!!!11!!1. Stop with the crying. please. its just too much now.

I admit the storyline really kept me going, but once I hit endgame it was still fun....for a while sadly all I long on now for is to do my dailies/weeklies :/

ya xaos kun was lolzy. Thinking he was "the best" because he played lolspai. pop the avoid damage buff+overpowered spy attacks = instant death. and I found out he put me in his most recent video kill me as *gasp* what a suprise, a spy. Im at 0:43. im bad.

Tbh, I never played cu only nge, so I really cant point out any major differences due to the fact I never experienced it. Anyone that played cu wanna lend a hand here?

Well, for a short period of time swg's entire game engine was ALOT different. Becoming a jedi was probably the hardest and most respected thing in the entire game. you couldnt just choose "jedi" as the starting class, you would be another class then make your way to jedi, atlthough I forgot exactly how you became jedi, its been too long. Especially the animation. Needless too say, swg cu was practically an entirely different game. Nge= New Game Engine. Swg implemented this which drastically over-hauled the game and make most of the players in the game rage quit, because they screwed it up, as most people say. I really dont know what else to say except that when swg implemented the nge, it was the worst idea ever.

Totally agree. Most of my time was hanging out with my friends in eisly and stuff. Although i did enjoy getting rares and such. One thing totally diff. was swg's community. all of swtor's community is just made up of over-used meme's and trolling. swg even though it was a smaller group of people, everyone there ( or almost everyone) was super nice and fun to hang around with.

haha, no. The reason i had the kun title was making fun of the kuns actually. An example was xaos-kun ruler-of-swg so instead i just made of it by putting ruler-of-mcdonalds

Ya its pretty terrible, but if i get a pre-made with me and my guildies are win ratio is much much higher...it seems like most of the empire players just want to farm medals and dont even bother trying to get the main point. Screw medals tbh, focus on the main objective.
