  1. I choose Defense Guardian B, strickly solo questing on Onderon. I have been playing Defense Guardian since game release Does this feel like a Jedi Guardian? Please explain why or why not. Overall, yes it feels like a Jedi Guardian. Once noticing the companion only has 20k health, I applied guard to the companion and used Challenging call to grab aggo. on the mobs. At one point I place the comp on passive to see how the defense stats were working on a silver mob, health only dropped about 15% before killing the silver mob. I felt that I could slowly tab target through the mobs to maintain aggro. Overall for solo questing, yes it felt like a tank. Is there anything that feels missing or out of place in the combat rotation? In my opinion, no. I did not feel like anything was missing. This maybe because I played guardian tank from launch and in the beginning, there was no abilities like saber reflect, blade blitz. Even in live, I do not rely on those abilities to grab aggro (only use saber reflect after challenging call for mutilple mobs in Ops mostly). I can use the two AOE force abilities (force sweep and slam?) to perform similar function to saber reflect of collecting mobs in ops. What are your initial thoughts with the effectiveness of the Jedi Guardian against enemies? Solo wise, I think it is very effective against enemies npcs. Once geared out in 306 with augs, would be good for Heriocs. How are you enjoying or not enjoying this class? I have enjoyed this class from the beginning. I am a bit old school in tanking, I could care less about Saber reflect and blade blitz on a defense guardian. While nice to have, not necessary to enjoy the class. If you have feedback on the different disciplines and ability paths, please note your feedback accordingly so we can track it.

He did not provide any source for this claim. Further in his book, Flick adds that the term was "universally acknowledged and accepted" by the time the Erie Canal was completed in 1825.[1] In a later work, Flick and coauthor John Jacob Anderson claim "New York is well called the Empire State ... not only because of the vastness of its resources, but because it so conspicuously illustrates the imperial power of law-abiding liberty among the people." Maybe NY state is an Imperal State?
  3. How many of the people complaining of the "lag/ability lag" regularly defrag their harddrives regularly? How many of the people complaining of the "FPS drop" reset the graphic setting in the game after a major patch? For example, set every graphic setting to low, then back to your regular settings. I have done these and yes the ability lag is still there, but very negligible. The FPS drop has all but disappeared. It is easy to blame the company of the game for the problems that people take for granted. The games servers have regular maintenance intervals. How many people actually do maintenance on their home computers? Everyone that complains claims that the problem is not on their end. I would suggest that some of the problem is on the client end due to irregular maintenance schedules on their "gaming" computers. I am not saying that 100% of the problem is the client end, but 50% of it could be solved by regular maintenance. I have actually suggested the reset of the graphics in general chat and few people have tried it. Lo and behold, guess what? The FPS drop disappeared for them and they actually have thanked me for it. Sure some of the problem has been noted and acknowledged by the company maintaining the game, but also some of the responsibililty falls on the consumer for the "know how" on how to upkeep their own computers. How about trying not to be an internet tough guy/gal, step back and look at the problem objectively for once. If you still don't like it, as others have suggested the door is -----> that way. Go play another game.
  4. Anyone with ability lag should try to reset your graphics setting in swtor. Resetting by means of selecting "Low" graphics, then putting it back to your "normal" graphics. I have read in the forums that sometimes on major patches such as expanions, the graphics setting get "mucked up" in the ini files some how. Disclaimer is it may or may not work, but has worked for me. I hope it works for you.
