  1. Farming valor has almost no benefit other than to get rank 60 for the battlemaster's bags. The only thing they need to do is an an elementary pvp set of gear easily accessible to fresh level 50's. Make them cost warzones commendations a la the level 20 and 40 sets and viola. Has nothing to do with valor, more so the accessibility of gear. With the current system of place, obviously those who have been 50 will have an advantage via gear bags.
  2. Immortal is fine if you don't use the correct gear? Man, how come I didn't think of that logic? Also, any spec can 'disrupt and support'. There's nothing special in the Immortal tree that makes them some god of annoyance. More attacks are not affected by our mitigation than are. Any spec can go into Soresu Form and 'tank' a few people with a healer and their team behind them. The difference in damage taken is not huge, it is negligible and not worth the huge amount of output sacrificed. I was a diehard tank for pve reasons up until about a week ago when I realized the spec was useless in pvp. My pvp set was nearly (champion) complete with 20k hp and somewhere between 500 and 600 expertise. I am just as useful as a ball runner as Vengeance or Rage than I was Immortal, considering it is Force Charge and Intercede (and Guard for running with a carrier) that makes us great, not any of the worthless talents in the Immortal tree.
  3. Any spec can go into Soresu Form and tank a group of people with a healer and their team behind them. Currently, Immortal is a waste of a spot in Warzones. Hell, even as Rage spec I get more protection points than most 'tanks' considering you can still Guard without speccing into Immortal. You are absolutely more useful if you spec into either of the two trees, and if you wish, play defensively. At least you would be doing double the amount of damage while still doing the exact same thing you would as Immortal.
  4. Nice video. I personally find myself regularly sighing that there are too many Sages/Sorcerers in a game and I can see why people would want to play them. A ranged class that has very high damage with utility and heals? What can they not do? He wasn't top healing. Close, but not top. Still a bit ridiculous even given the circumstances of pug vs pug and voidstar.
  5. Not sure how anyone can be so thick. It doesn't matter what it's called.. you do know that, right? Ability delay, ability interrupt, ability lag, ability I'm-going-to-quit-the-game-because-of-this. It does not matter. It's there and that's what matters. Let's use your terminology. Why does using another ability interrupt my original one? How is this not a problem for you? Do you have your primary abilities on either side of your screen and while your mouse travels there the precious seconds you need for the system to behave properly have been spent? Why do non-gcd attacks use a gcd? Why do channeled skills randomly not work? Why can you not use an ability directly after another without any problems at all? These are the questions people are asking, not for the correct terminology on this issue.

    50's and bolster

No. Bolster enhances your stats comparable to a level 50 in green quality gear. Everybody has basically the same stats with the exception of level 50's with better gear. The only thing higher levels gain is more talent points and abilities.
  7. Nothing ranged has to go through is worse than the amount of pushbacks in this game. I'm not exactly sure why they wanted every single class to have at least one combined with everyone having stuns and roots. Melee, and everyone in general, would be simply happier if the resolve system actually did something.
