Just like the title says. I've got my 306 gear but it's been a while. I was hoping to get my gear min/maxed but I couldn't find any recent post on the forums about it. If there is no guide is there at least common knowledge of targets I want to hit for say, DPS and Tank specs.

I feel like I'm going crazy. I thought railshot no longer required the target to be incapacitated to use. But so far today that has not been the case. Was this changed or am I losing it! lol plox help.

I don't think there is a rotation. Your main goal is to keep as many enemies taunted/slowed and cleave when your flamethrower proc (whatever it's called) is up , and just being generally disruptive. You should use your gap closer as often as possible as that helps with heat management.
