Personally I don't think this is the way to go. instead I'd like to see the first tick of an aoe interrupt but not the entire channel along with the ridiculous respawn timers to be shortened by half, huttballs taken away, and the actuall channel on the cap shortened by one to two seconds except in hypergate. lets face it, spending 30 seconds stuck inside the spawn is complete nonsense and always has been.

  3. Sorc/sage middle tree has the stun bubble for the caster only and it's a mez. It's perfectly fine just as it is where it is. I've had that capped sage stun bubble build on The Harbinger and I would rather not be forced into it again. So no, we don't need it back like it was. In 8vs8 WZ's sorc/sages are very good. I understand in arenas they may not be optimal but how do you fix them for arenas without making them godlike in 8vs8?
  4. Pax is a fabulous community with wonderful people. The application process is actually entertaining to go through and this comes from someone who detests being asked questions. Thus far I have seen only friendly people gaming together. No drama, no rage quitters, no douchebags. I'd recommend this community to anyone seeking something a lil different from the norm.
  5. Leaving this item in game while devs try to fix it is a huge error in judgement. PVP at 55 is completely ruined by this item. It should have been immediately removed from the game. Why in the good lords name would you make the decision to leave such a blatantly OP exploit in the game? Oh, and no one using this is *unaware* That's a total cop out. If the item were not bugged it would be an underwhelming relic and no one but a tank highly focused on absorb would be using it.
  6. Slingers and snipers are fine. While on my sentinel they may make me cry, when on my shadow I return the favor. The issue I see in most WZ's is that the stealth classes don't focus the slinger/sniper which should be their numero uno priority.
  7. Marauders as a whole do not need nerfed. What needs changed are the ridiculous additions to defense in the rage/focus tree. This is the problem child tree. Move the talents that increases damage done and extends the duration of cloak of pain/rebuke and that reduce the health loss of GBTF/undying rage to high up in watchman/anni tree. This would balance things out nicely. Rage/focus does not need all that damage AND the extra defenses from those talents. I play a sentinel in the watchman tree for PVP...yes I know I know....silly me. Occasionally I will switch to focus and the difference is night and day. Damage increases across the board and I live a lot longer AND it is much easier to play.
  8. Knockback/root/TLK throwx3/FIB/weaken mind/mind crush/ rinse and repeat, force speed away when needed. A good balance sage should be able to handle him/herself. I don't see the issue. If you're getting focused by 2-3 players then you should die. It's simple.

    I will respectfully disagree here in that Shi-cho at a master level (Kit Fisto) does indeed do a large amount of damage. But it's effectiveness is against multiple opponents and weaker against single targets. So the smash/focus spec in this game is actually, at a high level right on par with lore. Sorry I had to reply. My lore nerdiness went into full alert.
  11. After having read both sets of answers to the mercs/shadow questions I must say I am rather impressed with the intended approach they are going to take. Some classes will receive a slight damage buff, some a slight survivability buff, some a slight damage/survivability nerf. Combine that with shadow tanks gaining better mitigation at the cost of heals, balance/madness spec dots being made uncleansable and the pushback/interrupt system being reworked I'd say that in time bioware may just nail this balance thing as closely as humanly possible. Again very satisfied with these answers.
  12. It may change the way I play not the amount of time I play. I have zero interest in 4vs4 death match arenas, therefor If they mix it in my reg queue I will be quitting every time one pops.

  16. While the bolster is broken and laughable, Infil shadows are super atm. I don't know what you specced but I hopped on today to pvp for the first time in well over two months. I went full infiltraion. I removed my ear piece and relics and had at lvl 50- 24k HP, 2k expertise, 2k min stat, 30 crit rating 75 surge. I was destroying anyone I wanted to hit in 2 globals, three if they were good. That said, almost every class I saw was killing extremely fast. TTK is very very fast atm. In my opinion infil shadows are just as good as any other dps class atm. Over all though my feelings on the changes are as a whole are not good. I personally don't like expansion nor the bolster system nor the changes made to most classes. *shrugs* Some like it , some don't. I made sure to purchase all the unlocks I need from the GTN to comfortably finish all the class stories as a premium player as Bioware will not get a penny more from me.

  18. Can't be beat huh? I have yet to lose to a sent/mara in a 1v1 situation. Infiltration/balance shadows played well make sents/maras cry for their mothers.
  19. I have some bad news for you. Tera pvp at cap is 100 times worse then swtor pvp at cap. I tried it for 3 months from the time their one battle grounds came out. It's horrid.
  20. Respec before the start of any given match? Heck yea, this is a great feature and helps balance out teams. Respec during the match? No, just no. One round I'm facing a smash jug, the next the same guy is a tank hybrid with unstoppable? No. One round there are three dps ops running about face planting people and the next all three are heals? No. Do it at the start and only the start of a match.

I think a better alternative then removing the autocrit from the spec would be to MOVE the autocrit and all abilities from smash/sweep and apply them to force scream/blade storm, thus changing the big damage to single target. They still get the burst but it's like all other burst, single target. That kind of aoe burst every 10 seconds on average without even having to have someone targeted is a bit to easy to play.
  22. I have lvld and geared up 4 50's. A seer/tele sage,assault vanguard,hybrid tank guardian and a shadow. The shadow has been by a large margin the most fun class. I use a 27/14 infiltration/balance build.
