    Stuff does seem to cost a bit yes, but thats a carrot on the stick grind maystay of a MMO I was refering to the fact that MMO's are almost impossible to balance for PVP

    You assume that the changes they make are ones that you want, not ones they feel is best. They're not, never have been, never will be. I've heard all of these arguments before, usually from the "Its my $15 a month wahhhh i want my way" crowd

    Well, how many people left Vanilla WoW that first quarter, with its days or even weeks of downtime/crashes/lack of content/lack of a pvp system at all? Bet you it was more. Games like this dont grow by day one subs, they grow by word of mouth later.

    1.3 million is still a lot for MMO. People need to stop using WoW numbers, WoW's the crazy outlier.

    As another user stated, you're new to MMO's arent you? I played and still play a Paladin in WoW. Vanilla, BC, WOTLK and now Cata paladins are completly different from one another; my class is pretty much remade every xpac, but yknow thats how these games work, things change all the time; sometimes good sometimes bad. If you cant handle that, then perhaps a MMO is not the game for you.

    Why are you still playing this game then? If you're so unsatisfied, move on to the next bandwagon I'm enjoyin TOR still and WoW therefore I play both

    I dont understand this, if you all hate the game and want it to die; why do you continue to post here? Why even bother? Just move along your way and jump to the next bandwagon, and leave those that actually enjoy the game alone.

    Good post OP Having been through WoW vanilla, which was a lot worse with downtimes and things breaking; this aint all that bad

    Level 50 seems like an odd way to deterimine this bonus. I would think when you subscribed and how long its been active would be a beter way to reward this.

    Really? MMO's that just launched? I remember for the first couple of months of WoW in vanilla, downtime was when it was needed, and that was a lot and sporadic. You couldnt ever know if it was going to be down or not.

    Where does one aquire the lower level purple crystals? Torhead has purple crystals usable at level 41

    People that think LFR and LFD systems kill communities have no idea what they're talking about. Sitting in general spamming "LFG" isnt being a community. The only thing that really kill communities is itself. The internet gaming community in general is going down the gutter, and its not the dev's of these games' fault, its ours.

    So I read a good bit and have been wanting to dive into PVP around level 20ish, but was unsure about an important bit of PVP, Gear. Is there a starter set of pvp gear for purchase with credits, or do you slog it out in PVE gear until you get the points to start buying gear? Or are there alternatives to starting PVP gear that would be recommended?

    Is Watchman the prefered PVP spec? I just hit mid 20ish on my Sentinel, going combat, and my guildies recommended that 20 was a good level to start pvp as you have most of your usefull skills.
