  1. I have to bump this. With the recent people running numbers on operatives, there's no reason to have an operative healer over a sorc, unless the group just wants the operative buff. Kind of lame bioware.
  2. heal... even then it's much more tactical than sorc. Not really sure, may be Bioware could answer this question.
  3. That the only thing we see on this forum is positive? Even constructive feed back gets flagged for warnings. So how can you provide feedback? May be they just don't want feeback? May be they just want me to sub another month? /discuss Yet they send you whispers after you post a thread like this saying they value feedback, just Email it to ANEMAILADDRESSBIOWAREWILLNEVERREAD@swtor.com.
  4. Reddit is the only viable source of information now that JAssanged isn't actively providing factual information.
  5. Next expansion.... The Jawa Crusade - playable race.
  6. With 90% of the threads on the forums about people complaining, and the mod/dev team not doing much to encourage players, let's find our own form of encouragement. I say we just leave the forums all around, and start posting on the SW:TOR reddit channel. It's a lot of fun http://www.reddit.com/r/swtor
  7. Or its free with the App for android or ios....
  8. Not to be negative here, but if you're asking what's going to happen in the future, I can't be the judge of that. Bioware customer service is less than par right now, and problems are only getting worse. Instead of supporting the player base with technical issues within the game, they're focusing on supporting the player base with 'balances/tweaks'. For me, I see the endless chain of nerfs/buffs incoming, causing a lot of mass forum war. What I would like to see is different. I would like to see PvE content uneffected by PvP content. In that respect; they're already balancing classes based on a PVP perspective (like the Operative), with no respect to those who enjoy PvE. With the incoming patch (even though a few of the changes are needed), Operatives have now been out classed by each of the other classes (in terms of DPS and group value). Just like with BioChem being the "ONLY" way initially for PvP, Healing Operative is more lucrative, simply because, nobody wants a sub-par dpser. Sorry, I can't keep it all positive
  9. Then you have the 6 people beating on 1 tank, who has a pocket healer guarded. Both can pop out of cc every 30 seconds.... That would be next to impossible to break.
  10. Bwahhaha... I just shelved my bounty hunter after reading this
  11. Would like to... but CS is pretty bad right now. I'm having more issues than a paraplegic and a flight of stairs.
  12. So I'm going to begin this with an introduction, specifically, talking about my professional gaming history. I'll explain why my opinion matters and how much you should weigh my opinion against your own; but you immediately realize that my opinion holds more weight, because I can construct full sentences with near perfect grammar. Then I'll move on to tell you about the DPS/HPS numbers I ran back in another MMO, and how I was at the top of my game. These numbers will impress you so much, that you'll continue reading. Eventually, in this introduction, I'll explain how I've led raids and pvp groups; with flawless victory (Your mind is blown). My first point will be my biggest complaint about the game. I will most likely focus on something the DEVs have already addressed, however, I've been too lazy to read upcoming patch notes, or click the devtracker on the forum, to see their opinion about the matter I'm complaining about. These issues can be, but aren't limited to, End Game Content, lack of gear versatility, or a cheesy technical issue, that was addressed 2 hot fixes ago. I'll then give a three bullet list, emplacing my first point The first bullet will be my only real concern with the First Point, mentioned above The second bullet will be of a very less concern, really just a complaint on how my train of thought is better than that of the devs. The final bullet point will have no concern to the topic at all, it just that packages come in threes, so I did this to impress you - making the bullet point BB Code a valid choice. I'll now complain more about the above bullets and point #1, with no real viable direction for the game. My suggestions will include some type of idea, which will only imbalance the game further, in my favor. My main point is a generalized assumption about the developers of the game. I'm going to throw out assumptions about how a 30 man dev team doesn't have time for 1.4 million players, to answer every single thread created on the forum. Since I don't use the dev tracker, I assume they don't participate in the community at all. Since I only read threads that are written in all BOLD/CAPSLOCK, I never see dev responses on the forum. I'll then give another three bullet list on how I feel the devs should do their jobs. My first recommendation will be that the devs have to respond to every thread created on the forums. My second recommendation will make no sense at all, but will in some way support the first recommendation. My final recommendation, has no weight in the argument, but simply is reminding the devs how I BETA tested everything, and how they can only fix this by giving me something I don't deserve; like a month free game time. My final main point about my reason why I may potentially unsubscribe will make no sense to anyone, not even myself. I will ramble on about how other video games did their launches 100 times better than SW:TOR, except I've never been a part of those other video game launches. Specifically, I didn't see Age of Conan go down for like 24 hours during head start. I also didn't see the 48 hours of constant lag of WoW, making all servers unplayable at launch. Additionally, I didn't see Tabula Rasa's devs rewarding players for finding exploits within the first 5 hours of launch, which gave those players about 3-4 weeks advantage over other players. In conclusion, I'll explain how I can get a lot more for my money, by playing a 7-15 year old game. I'll explain that if the devs could find some way to compensate me for typing this long thread, I would consider staying. Eventually, I may admit to 1 or 2 things that I really like about the game, but inevitably, I will still tell you I'm 'Leaving'. I'll then tell you goodbye, and not bother to check this thread again, where knowledgeable players of SW:TOR will discount each of my theories, proving each of my points invalid and BIAS. Your mind is now blown, and you completely respect my decision to leave the game. I move to the account section of my account, and then realize that my mom said she wasn't paying the monthly fee. Now I feel good about myself, validating my reason for leaving the game, even though it was completely false. TL:DR: I LOVE THIS GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
