The guy I quoted uses 4 gcds between breaking stealth and actually using his first burst ability. That is more than enough time for any competent player to intervene and screw your burst. Honestly theres so many things wrong with the opening Marathana posted that Im wondering if I just got trolled.

Only open this way if you want to telegraph everyone in the match that youre about to burst your target while simultaneously and significantly decreasing your burst (so in other words, never open like this).

Coming from someone who is not a top player, the game should absolutely be balanced around the top players. Why? Because the top players know how to use every class to its maximum potential and will expose the true strengths and weaknesses of each class. If balance was based on the 50th percentile, you'd have powerful classes with steep learning curves being buffed because the average player can't handle it, while the top players turn it into godmode McRapeface. TBH Im surprised someone of such [self-proclaimed] genius can't see this.

I remember talking to a sage friend after 2.0 came out who used the 2 piece mystic and 2 piece master bonuses. Although it seems like extra range on interrupt and slow, reduced potency cd, and an extra potency charge would be the best way to go.

I don't speak for Raansu but there's something in the game called cc, maybe you've heard of it? Believe it or not those abilities have more purpose than just "STAHP MOOVING SO I KEEL U!" despite what 80% of the playerbase thinks.

How long before they remove keybinds because theyre too unfair to clickers? How long before they remove mouse-turning because its too unfair to keyboard-turners? How long before they limit you to a 5 ability hotbar because learning to use all of a class's tools is too unfair to those who aren't capable? Once I would have dismissed these questions as a lame joke without a second thought, but now I could actually imagine Bioware considering them. That's sad.

Up until yesterday I would've been 100% sure this was an april fools joke. But yesterday I met a 53 vg, identified as a tank in an arena, who was in plasma cell and had no idea he had a pull. When I asked him to throw me a guard he told me there were no objectives in arenas.
