  1. I like that idea. While I am not a game designer that sounds a lot easier to work through than to code that idea from scratch
  2. This is not isolated it happens to me and the specs and capabilities of my system are fine. Other guildies I have complained of the same problem.
  3. I would like to be able to que gathering missions. Send my companion on five gathering missions in a row the way I can que them to craft five items.
  4. My reaction is honestly surprise that WAR still existed. I played WAR during beta and for a while after its launch. The RvR system was unique but the game got repetitive quickly and had many issues that kill a lot of MMOs. I spent most of my first few months playing that game looking exactly the same as everyone else and they did surprisingly little as the game went on in the years to better the gear appearance. WAR had its moments but for me it was one of the worst MMO experiences I have ever had. I love the Warhammer Franchise and still play but I hope if they resurrect the game down the road it is a better product.

    Worst WZ

I actually find this map quite fun because it requires focus killing and communication. The issue I have with this map is that kills outweigh team abilities. I have been on teams in this map where we have double cap the two nodes for activation and still lost because we just got creamed on kills and been on the team that won due to the kill count. While I don't think that losing a node once should be a guaranteed loss it should not be as easy as racking up more kills to win. Make the incentive collecting orbs and capping nodes and the game would be a lot more interesting. Also any map I get that is not huttball is ok in my book.
  6. My experience in pvp in this game is that a range character will beat an equally skilled melee character nine times out of ten.
  7. I have all the legacy exp perks (WZs, Flashpoints, Class quests etc...) and keep a constant overall (+25%) exp item active. Combine that with the 10% from a guild and you are set on bonuses. With those bonuses I just stay qued for pvp while doing only class mission quests and main planetary story line. I find I level much faster and am usually a good 4 levels or so above the quests I am doing. So to answer your question a good mix of pvp is fine for leveling.
  8. If anyone cares here is the official 501st page on what Revan has to look like to be approved. http://www.501st.com/databank/Costuming:SL_revan
  9. I actually brought this up in the help section once and the moderator response was to just paste in using paint or something. Since the printscreen button saves to your clipboard. Not an optimal solution at all but worth a thought if you only have one must have still.
  10. If they allow for you to que arena separately then no one will play objective pvp again.
  11. Very similar to the new login screen for Star Trek Online. My first thought when I saw it was "man I wish SWTOR had this"
  12. With so many skills and most people using a concentrated rotation are there any skills you guys just don't use at all?
  13. Ok so I have been reading through the forums and the many topics on advanced class specs. My question has to do with single damage dps from a saboteur. As a sab tree you get shock charge and can stack contingency charges on a single target and they amount to large amounts (granted mostly DoT) single target dps. In practice I have been better at taking down mobs with Sab for both the AoE and the single target stacks from the charges then I have been with SS. Can someone please explain what makes SS so burst heavy that it can take out single targets better I fear I am playing the tree incorrectly.
  14. What Bioware promised was a fix to the highest level missions that were not yielding the right number of mats, which they have done. Slicing missions still being a crap-shoot is not a glitch that is intended and will not be "fixed" because it is not broken just nerfed.
  15. In SWG certain stuns, roots, holds, etc. were disabled for PvP it was all just damage and healing. While that made certain builds harder to use it was unnoticed after a while because PvP just became a war. If you cannot survive without stunning or rooting someone to death then your build is inherently broken anyway.
