  1. Right there with you on that... I still identify as MBH, Master rifle 4040 Pistoleer if SWG comes up in chat
  2. I know how you feel, 32 alts deep. There's certain stories/side quests that I just can't stand (the silly Thul/Organa squabble.. sorry civil war, on Alderaan and pretty much all of Belsavis that isn't character's story line). I always make sure I'm at least a couple of level's ahead when I hit such bumps.
  3. Some of the DS choices are a little bit over-kill/deranged. The one DS choice that really sticks in my mind was "The War Machine" mission from Captain Sarnova on DK, I've done that mission with every one of my imp chars (17 of em) and I've only taken the DS option once (2nd char through it) and couldn't bring myself to go DS on that choice since - no matter whether the char's LS or DS. Other than that one I play it by ear - if the characters a complete (expletives deleted) then so be it
  4. You ground out Commando purely for the grenades/combat XP part of the village didn't you...... I always have been and always will be an acid rifle fan
  5. NO! I wanna go home! My expertly decorated large Tatooine house is still waiting for me outside Anchorhead (the proper one with the bridge and Squill hunts) On Topic - As others have said, this feels more like the CU than the NGE, problem was, for me, that was when everyone buggered off and became wombles. MBH/MCom was fun for about 2 weeks then realised how useless it was then went Entertainer.
  6. Easiest thing I've come up with for tracking whats in each characters bank - a spreadsheet. As a previous poster said just have one character with the really rare/valuable stuff and just keep the spreadsheet open while you play if you plan on moving stuff around.
  7. I did it as part of the Revan prelude on a BH and it didn't count, so I finished up the prelude as a whole and went back to it in solo mode and that sorted it. Slightly inconvenient to have to run it twice but nevermind.
  8. 28 Chars and I'd be lost without mine Tab 1 - Tracks who's up'd the companions to 10 before taking the toon into FE & those who've started it. Tab 2 - Tracks:- Faction, Char type, Crystals, "up to" point, romance pre FE and post, advanced class & spec, Vehicle in use (trying to personalise each once), Alignment, WZ comms and fleet comms and a "last updated" column Tab 3 - More visual version of the "up to" - so in most cases it's pre FE or the chapter they last finished. Tab 4 - Bank tracker - generic guide to item type in each bank tab (mats/deco/sellable armour etc) and coinage on each toon (colour formatted in case I need to move monies around - I like them all to have half a mil at all times) Tab 5 - Crew Skills - colour formatted to easily find what's below a certain number/needs work. Tab 6 - Gear tracker - mod by mod for each slot with augs, relics and implants. Tab 7 - Pre FE companion influence (will eventually get deleted when everyone's gone into FE) Tab 8 - Post FE companion influence - tracks everyone from story granted, to star fortresses and companion alerts Tab 9 - Star fortress tracker - who's done what so far and if it was solo or heroic. Tab 10- Vehicle Tracker - every vehicle I own and which char it's on (mostly for the show garage so I can make sure everything I have is out) Tab 11 - assembly piece Tracker - who's got what stocks of items and amounts of mats/units needed per craft etc. Tab 12 - Gearing Tracker - used in conjunction with 11 for mass crafting I really should add a Decision tracker for the those who haven't gone into FE yet - I've taken 8 through and can't remember who's made which decisions For anyone thinking about starting a spreadsheet do it - and you can never have enough colour formatting, it makes spotting areas that need work on sooooo much easier
  9. Is there any chance of the NPC/companion limit going up within the strongholds? making somewhere look busy with all these new companions would help a great deal more in places such as the Tatooine homestead than yet more item slots.
  10. I beleive it's no longer available (damned shame cos I'm a fan of this one as well) - the nearest to it appears to be this, but from the look of the tags it's a solid stat weapon.
  11. The other thing to consider is we've not necessarily had "screen time" with that many old companions in the same cut-scenes yet. I forsee a large meeting/war council which would give plenty of opportunity for companions to interact with each other. Simply because:-
  12. Think of it this way, if people like myself and the OP ever do make the transition to the non-solo part of end game, wouldn't you prefer it if we were already used to min-maxing and optimising our output instead of turning up in level 61 greens and getting laughed out of a pug? Add in the fact that we might actually want to be the best we can be at what we do do, which as solo players wouldn't affect what you do anyway apart from possible materials sales (should you decide to sell your ops mats and we decide to go further than 208) and the vaguest possibility that we may end up in a pug one day.
  13. Thank you for posting this, I've been looking for the same thing myself but only found stuff that covers 216 and up. I'm in the same boat - loads of alts, all gear crafted just trying to min-max (I know it's not needed) it all across all my DPS chars. What I've come up with so far for is :- Head - Initiative Chest - Initiative Hands - Initiative Legs - Quick Savant Boots - Quick Savant OH - Adept MH - Quick Savant Imp 1 - Initiative Imp 2 - Adept Ear - Initiative Relics are 208 Serendipitous Assault and Focused Retribution Crystals are both Crit On an Un-augmented char that comes out as:- Acc 110.01% (685) Crit 21.25% (356) Crit Multiplier 57.21% Alac 7.73 (411) This is on a gunnery trooper with no buffs active - I'm just wondering is the same'd work for pretty much any dps char? If anyone's got any suggestions on changes or recommendations on where I should go with augments I'm all ears
  14. This is why I've created a spreadsheet to track my 28 toons... quick update every time i log a toon out (yes it's a lot of work) and I can see who's got what in their bank (loosely speaking) without even logging in and I know when moving anything around, what to keep an eye out for.
