  1. Not having a combat log is one of the things that made this game different from other games. You actually had to pay attention to other players to tell if they were playing well or not. Please. The end game content in this game is so laughably easy that any "high end world first" guild that actually needs a combat log to further their progression is clearly not a "high end world first guild" in the first place.
  2. No, I responded to a post that claimed xserver queuing was the only way to save rivalries. Which I contend makes zero sense given that I might see any given person once or twice a week at best in an xserver model where I may play with/against them 2 or 3 times an hour in the current model.
  3. The post I responded to was talking about something completely different that what you are talking about. Are you sure you responded to the right post?
  4. This will be pretty much the end of this game for me. I rather enjoy the rivalries that server only WZs facilitate.
  5. This is just my opinion so I could be wrong but I think it was intended to keep PvE gear from also being the best gear for PvP (partial failure there) and to keep PvP gear from being equal to the best gear for PvE (success there).
  6. Every night I hear something similar to the following on my guilds Mumble "Noob cluster, west door" "How nice of them to all clump up for me. Trinketed DFA incoming." Moral of the story: If you are going to clump up like a bunch of noobs, you're going to get stomped accordingly.
  7. Pretty much this. If there are no rewards for PvP then there is no reason for collusion.
  8. I'll let you in on a little secret. It never was worth anything.
  9. You have to have a start before you can have an end. SWTOR never had open world PvP in the first place.

    Stun/CC Discussion

The most egregious stun/CC/pushback problems I see are: 1.) Being able to talent AE knockbacks to root people. Really? You just knocked back half a dozen people and you get to root them also 2.) Being able to talent bubble with an AE blind/stun on break (whatever the effect is called.). See #1 3.) Force push distance is too far considering it also resets force leap. 4.) No effects should ignore resolve. If you going to allow effects to ignore resolve then what is the point of having it at all?

    Is SWTOR dying?

As long as they compare the numbers to other xfire numbers it's a valid comparison. Saying "we (XFire) have never seen an MMO drop off this fast" is perfectly valid. Does that mean that SWTOR is dying? Well that's a much harder extrapolation to make. Maybe it is, maybe it isn't.

    Is SWTOR dying?

Don't get too hyped about BF3. It's good (really it is) but at this point you've got some what of a long, slow grind of unlocks to do before you won't get your butt handed to you constantly
