We are looking for two DPS to fill open slots in our Thursday 7:00 PST raid group. We are a pretty casual group, planning on working our way up through the ranks of VM operations starting at DF/DP. Most of us are returning to the game after an extended break from the game, having previously cleared the operations. We are looking for like minded people to join us and are willing to consider other roles if the fit is right. It is not a requirement to join our guild, although the guild does often require subs for the 3 team runs throughout the week and provides lots of raiding opportunities. WE are hoping to pick up a few more of any role that are interested in running HM ops twice a week. We would also love to see more people for our PVP nights.

I've been running a small guild for the last few years and it has definitely been challenging to try and keep a quality player base of a size that supports running ops, PVP, etc... We have continued to do it for the reason the poster above mentioned - our core player base really seems to click and get along well and we try to recruit like minded people. If you are willing to put in the time you can probably keep a fairly active player base. If you do decide to speak with guilds about mergers look us up as it sounds like where we are at is close to where you are aiming to go. Best of luck!
