    I've restarted many times and I run it first thing after booting up. There aren't any swtor process running other than what occurs during launch. I've also looked at anything that might have been installed, since that has been an issue before with steam games, but no issues there either.

    My drivers are all updated and I played the same day as the patch but after the patch, when I hit "play" on the launcher, it thinks for a bit and then freezes the whole computer.

    I'm having something similar to your guildmates - soon after I hit play on the launcher, the mouse disappears and the computer freezes. Although that started happening today - yesterday it was fine.

    A member of my guild was saying that he tried over and over again, but was unable to defeat this pair. I decided to try it out with a lvl 65 bounty hunter with 190 gear that I hadn't played since lvl 65 was the cap. I had about 1200 presence with Kaliyo and at no time did my health drop below 80%. I'm not sure what problems people are having - it seemed like a straightforward fight.
