I decided to grab the Biochem Crafting ability but messed up on my secondary skills. I got the bio analysis skill and scavenging skill. Is there any way to dump scavenging and pick up the diplomacy secondary skill? Also where do I get the bonding agents for the blue skills? The green goo and fiber cells are easy to get.
