I have totally decked out Doc, Kira and Rusk all with purple lvl 50 gear, best implants, ear pieces mods if needed e.t.c. With Doc its god mode, I just jump into any packs no matter what mobs they are and just walk out un touched, no fear of death. With Kira, she does some insane dmg, but more single target of course, but elites go down so quickly I am usually at 70%+ health. Rusk is an AOE machine, groups just get smashed with him along, and his single target DPS is as good as Kira's, He is hitting for 3k. They are all good, at 50 and still going through my clas story line and quests I find im using them all to be honest, when they are all decked out they are all pretty bad***** I favour Doc just because its brain dead easy with him along.

As soon as I got Doc, he is all I used, he now has over +400 healing which is pretty high at level 47, I am basically unstoppable, no down time, no rest, just move from pack of mobs to pack. I find it better with Doc, sure you may take out normal mobs faster with Kira, but with Doc, I guess you could say its a mini god mode.

You guys are wearing blinders if you think this game does not have gold sellers/farmers all over the place. Its simple, they are paying for a subscription, they make BW money. You cannot and will not stop gold sellers, they are a staple now of any MMO out there.

I have a 50 Guardian and working on my Vangaurd, sorry, but my Vanguard levels much faster than my guardian did, both are defence specced and my Vanguard is considerably faster at leveling that my Guardian was.

I find her cc abilty quite valuable, I keep that on all the time, actually, I keep everything on for her and having no isues. Granted, we are both in orange moddable gear included weapons, and blue equipment for all other slots. I will upgrade the mods every level and the implants/earpices frequently also. I went cybertech specifically for the mods, and my other toons can make all the other slots.

I prefer tanking, but the Vanguard appeals more to me due to the mobility if the class.

I just received them as a quest reward on Tat, hrm, cant remember the area off the top of my head, its from the base where you get the heroic quest to check out the sarlacc pit, its not that quest, but just using that as a reference on the area the gloves come from.
