  1. While the current endgame is more or less more better or complete than other games have been at launch, it it still a mess. At the current rate I suspect many will get bored before the march update even nears. I do want this game to succeed very much. For a bit of personal background I will have played mmos for 10 years straight next month. I have played almost everything that has released within that timeline. I know a lot of things that have and have not worked to keep people happy. But many won't care about that so onto the suggestions. Flashpoints (hardmode): I think the normal 50 flashpoints are fine and so is the gear drops. Hardmode.. loot tables are fine. Before 1.1 only 2 of these were reasonably finishable. Others required many wipes due to overtuned bosses or having to do special tricks. As it stood, many hardmode flashpoints were more difficult than normal EV. Now granted I haven't ran any since 1.1 so maybe they are more in tune but I want to elaborate on this. They should be finishable by 50s in blue gear Operations (normal): I think the current difficulty in both operations are about right. But this is very hard to judge for me at the moment since my guild is heavily geared. My only suggestion maybe is lowering Bonethrasher's hp a bit. He still seems more of a gear check than the other bosses. Loot tables: This is where one of the biggest problems are and this applies to all operations. Currently normal ops hand out Columni gear left and right. I will go more into detail on my reasoning in hardmode op discussion, but bottom line is normal mode ops should only drop TIONESE and ENERGIZED with exception of last boss. I think of normal modes as very similar to the latest feature WoW added to their game as the Looking for Raid system. It should be puggable and an intro to that raid to help understand the boss fights. It should be completable by a group in half tionese gear and lv50 blues Operations (hard/nightmare): I can't comment on specific fights yet, but I have noticed a trend in the loot tables so I'll comment on that. The main problem is right now Rakata (best gear in game) drops equally in hard mode as it does in nightmare. This gives LITTLE incentive to run nightmare other than bragging rights which is a MAJOR issue at this current stage of gameplay. People are already completing nightmare (although very few of them) but they dont have to again. They could probably just continue doing hardmode and get bored really fast. My solution is to have Hardmodes drop only Columni with exception of last boss. Nightmare should drop only Rakata. Also Hardmode should be completeable by a group in full Tionese gear and some columni. Nightmare should be completeable by a group in full columni and some rakata. World PvP: This has been a mess, but I have a pretty interesting idea to fix ilum. Dynamic Quests. Those of you who have played League of Legends on dominion map will understand. Have dynamic quests occur in the zone and reward the winning side with MERCENARY COMMENDATIONS. Not warzone. This will provide a huge incentive to people wanting bags. Some suggestions for dynamic quests: - One side has 20 minutes to capture a point, other side has to defend point for 20 minutes. - First side to 50 kills - first side to collect 50 of a lootable object that spawns in an area (like armaments in center) I believe by providing the right incentive (hard to get commendations) and making it more dynamic and fun, and providing only one side with benefits to deter sharing, people will love ilum. With that said, there's a huge problem with faction imbalance in the game. While this is fine in all other aspects, it severely hinders world pvp enjoyment. This game will have to have deterents for the more larger side in respect to world pvp. Maybe have population caps on how many can be in the world pvp zone at once from each side. Maybe give the lesser side a tenacity buff that makes them much stronger depending on population balance in an area (not zone). This should not affect other modes of gameplay so I think those that really want to world pvp all the time without disinsentives will roll the less populated side. For those that took the time to read all this, I appreciate it.
  2. what is your opinion now since patch? I'm now getting destroyed in under 3 seconds constantly by lv50s with gear. I'm not full champ, but about it too.
  3. is it worth it to spend 10-15 dollars to see a movie that lasts about 2 hours and wait in the theatre for 10-30 mins watching previews and movie trivia until it starts
  4. willpowerrrrrrr strength gear is just asking to hurt your aggro
  5. Yea once you get doctor, you're pretty much stuck with him. almost no downtime between fights.
  6. So if I'm understanding this right, we should first aim for hitting 600 defense, then switch to 492 defense and absorb cap + shield points when we'd have a decent amount of shield points skill? Also wouldn't the 2 points in tier 1 madness Sith Defiance be also considered core?
  7. those are inaccurate. on the actual server lists ingame it shows almost all being light.
  8. If you get in tomorrow you'll have 6 days early access.. your logic is fail.
  9. midway through the 27s was the cutoff. Sucks being me who was early 28th.. but I guess that's fine. From what I hear not THAT many people got in and I can pretty much guarantee I'll be in first batch tomorrow so I dont have to sit around at PC for another 8 hours.
  10. I'd rather have a 4 hour queue to log in than have to wait a whole another day.
