  1. Annnd this is why I never respected the clowns behind TCW. They continued to do these things for no reason. The more I hear about the changes, the more I feel Star Wars is digging it's own grave. The new movies may very well be the final nail for Star Wars. What a shame. They don't bother to hire people that have knowledge/respect for the vast universe of Star Wars.
  2. The fact that he never mentions the Emperor you killed being "only a voice" is what I was referring to. Seems odd to me, unless Scourge is secretly working for the Emperor, that he would never mention this. He clearly believed it to be the Emperor's real body. People always ignore Scourge. They never have an explanation for him. Quite the oversight. And my point about the Emperor "no longer' being a Pureblood was obviously pointing out that his real body would not look like a Pureblood, as you suggested. No one is denying that the Emperor will be back. Only that the Hand was telling the Wrath what he needed to hear to make sure he would continue his duties. Bioware, Darth Marr, Scourge, they all seem to believe the Emperor was dealt a blow that exceeds him simply losing a Voice.
  3. Lord Scourge disagrees. And no, the Emperor is NO LONGER a Pureblood. Also, the reason the Emperor is weakened is because you disrupted his rituals to destroy all life on Belsavis, Voss, and Corellia, giving you an opportunity to strike.
  4. The fact that she's the Grandmaster isn't enough reason to kill her...? And since when do Sith care about not killing someone that "stays out of the fight"? , just watch, the Empire will get the chance to kill Satele when they inevitably strike back.
  5. I have a strong feeling Satele is going to meet her end before this is over.
  6. Foolish of me to think this was going to be similar to the timeline videos...
  7. People will ***** and criticize whatever they can. Says so much about them.
  8. Yeah you only confront the Emperor with one Council Member...Tol Bragga. Rest are just Knights.
  9. Having Angral as the main antagonist of Act 1 was enough for me. I remember that dude from the Threat of Peace webcomics and wanted to ***** slap him from that moment. And the duel with Praven on Tatooine? Still one of my favorites moments of all the stories.
  10. Yeah I can agree to all that. For some reason I was thinking it was at least a decade, but nope.
  11. Although I agree, I'd just be happy to see Ian in it in any form.
  12. I used to not like the Dark Empire comics, but I think it's only natural Palpatine should overcome his death. I don't really think it takes anything away from the Chosen One, because his first death shatters the Empire and DOES restore balance, and allows the Jedi/Republic to gain strength. I forget how many years Dark Empire takes place after Episode VI, but I think it's at least 10. Maybe more. EDIT: Nvm, it's only 6 years after Episode VI.
  13. I saw there's a rumor Ian McDiarmid will be back for Episode 7. Just a rumor and probably will turn out to be false, but I hope it's true. Maybe they'll take some inspiration from Dark Empire. George Lucas did say a long time ago that Dark Empire is the closest thing in the EU to what he would have done for a story after Episode VI.
  14. Wow a title to buy on the Cartel Market to celebrate the 10th anniversary of KotOR? WOW!!!!1! It's a wonder this game didn't flop! Oh wait...
  15. What's the point of saying this three times in the same thread?
  16. Yes you're right, the Revan book already states this. The Emperor is NO LONGER a Pureblood. "His power and immortality had transformed him into a being unique in the galaxy."
  17. Yeah this was promised in the beta. Not that I personally care, just another lie from Bioware. If that's true, then this game has no future...
  18. I think he already made his argument. You compared running a business with a million customers to making a promise to your mommy...lol. You need a reality check.
  19. Or you know, "let's go and arrest Palpatine for treason, until he pulls out a lightsaber and murders 3 Jedi Masters in mere seconds." You could actually try watching the movie or reading the novel, and you'd actually know Mace Windu has every intention of arresting Palpatine and taking him before the Senate...which he even states. But ya know, facts. Screw them. The Jedi are evil!!!!!! Like they totally tried to murder the Chancellor DEMOCRACY guys come on! He wasn't controlling the Separatists too or anything!
  20. Well, seeing as how I have played TOR since July, and likely completed the Warrior story long before you... So by withdrawing from the known galaxy, that means he's outside of the galaxy? No...that is an incredible leap, not sure how you wound up there. He has been in seclusion from the galaxy...withdrawing to...seclusion. Inside that fortress that's cloaked and few even know exists? It could even mean he's somewhere in the unknown galaxy..you know, like the Unkown Regions? Not everything is directed at you. Try reading other people's posts. S You should try reading Revan sometime. Continue to ignore Scourge's single purpose that he has had 300 years to prepare for, it doesn't help your argument much. Such reveals a glaring plot hole. You must have an incredibly low opinion of Bioware's writing. To each their own, I suppose. On another note, I wanted people to be aware that the letter never states the Emperor is outside the galaxy. Your comment made this fuzzy. Nothing supports this.
  21. First, that is a mask he's wearing at the end of Act II...a mask you can see other Sith wearing, most notably at least 1 of the Dread Lords. Second, it is never stated the Emperor "is outside the known- Galaxy". Also note that the Emperor at the end of Act II is wearing the exact same robes as in Act III. Only thing different is that he is no longer wearing a mask. Also, people that claim neither were the Emperor and both were in fact Voices ignore Lord Scourge and his sole purpose in TOR, completely. At least the first would have had to have been the real Emperor...and if the second was a Voice, Scourge would have had to have not seen the Emperor's face for decades.
  22. Sure, sure, but if Obi had killed Anakin, Sidious would never have been defeated. Anakin was always meant to destroy the Sith and break the Dark Side's hold on the galaxy, but Sidious, like with everything else, manipulated Anakin into diverging from his destiny. So really, Obi-Wan is the savior of the universe and the coolest guy in the galaxy.
