  1. Probaly class quest so just a special location for it.
  2. Optional content. Seriously. If they hadn't it, people would complain that they are forced to do all the quests to be able to keep on level with their current planet. @BioWare: drop all the exp given by quests/PvP/Space to +5 Exp only no matter the level. That way, people are forced to do all the quests and grind mobs for exp.
  3. Which is totally reasonable. You should not pay for a product that you believe that, at that point, doesn't deserve your money. Unless you want to do some charity and/or have some serious faith in the project but those are part of another topic.
  4. If they don't ever implement dual classes *crosses fingers* it's another good reason to create an alt. Just remember that the Legacy system is about playing more than one character. If you only want to play one, you still can but those who actually play more (which means that must spend more time playing) will get rewarded. What could be to be careful about is the balance of those new powers. If Preorder items are a good speculation base, they will be nothing to worry about. I wish that the video had said something about the new character creation options and races... They said previously that full Legacy on March so I would expect some mentions long before they are implemented.
  5. Your first paragrpah is debatable. And only once we take out all the poison so we can have some civilizaed discussion. About the second paragrpah, if the patch 1.1 had been perfect, the Foudner thing would have still been announced and you wouldn't have cared. The opportunity window for the Founder thingy is today and not tomorrow or next week. The issue lays in 1.1 backfiring. Third paragrpah? Welcome to wordlwide gaming. If you cannot take the heat... Your fourth paragrpah is so incorrect that I don't even feel like tryint to crrect all that mess of lies. Will only say that BioWare has some issues in quick communication which I'll attribute to some internal hoops and loops that I don't know (although I certainly can imagine at least some of them), so I cannot say if they catually take too long or the users are too much into the "instant gratification" generation. Most probably a mix of both.
  6. You need graduated glasses. Seriously. And drop the tin foil hat.
  7. You pay for Content A. If BioWare devotes some resources not from Content A budget to create Content B as microtransaction content, then you are not entitled to Content B and must pay for it if you want it. Also, denying microtransactions just because is also pointless. If those microtransactions are just vanity, they could only have impact in: the people's wallet who bought the items and the ego of those who didn't but that want the content (same situation as CE, as most of you have survived to not having a CE). It's only reasonable to say "Nay" once we dip into the the dark waters of "Microtransactions of non vanity items". Also known by some as "Pay to Win". But denying all possible microtransactions because of the theoretical possibility of some being "Pay to Win"? "Nay" to that.
  8. They are going to give you a hug. You only need to go to Austin to obtain it. And you are paying for a service that includes downtimes to apply patches. Learn your product!
  9. Don't do all the quest, period. There is plenty of content and you don't need to do all of it to reach 50. That is actually good. But nope, lets insist in reducing the exp give so the optional content suddenly becomes compulsory for everyone.
  10. When you become an actual good person, then you will have the higher ground to critizise others. Until then, and considering that you label people as "Biodrone" for disagreeing with you, you automatically label yourself as "Troll". Once labeled as "Troll", your point becomes moot no matter how good or bad it could originally be, forcing someone else with a better attitude towards life and human beings to defend the cause. Now have fun trying to think something smart to say about my own post. After all, you have created the thread just to annoy people and be able to bash them.
  11. And we could hope the event to make it into the news. *daydreams about it*
  12. White crystals for all the Republic characters. And purple ones too could be nice. Cathar as new race for Republic characters. Also Wookies. All Empire characters should be morphed into Gungans too. This last one would be enough but if we can get more, why not?
  13. 11 days, 10 hours, 2+ mins and still level 47...
  14. Should be illegal. But The Money is strong in some...
  15. Totally forget about this game for six months, then inform yourself about it again. It's the mentally sane thing to do. And maybe you will be lucky and by then the game actually appeals to you to the point of subscription.
  16. I thought you could romance Jorgan with a female trooper? (my trooper doesn't romance comrades but I know she had the chance to flirt with him once) If BioWare adds Cathar for Legacy in March, instead of month by month I'll jump for a 6 month sub. Heard that, BioWare? *waves some USA dollars*
  17. Some people should try to be truly hardcore and level up a second character with the alternate spec. Tsk, tsk. These "casuals" and their dual spec...
  18. This game is approved by Lucas so yeah.
  19. Meh, the world has ended so much these last years... (at least once in 2011, right?)
  20. "What happens if I use these magnets on the servers' hardrives?" - Curious BioWare Employee.
  21. Dip the toes into PvP? If I play in PvE is because I want nothing to do with PvPers to start with (at least in world PvP). And if I decide to fiddle with them, I have those pretty warzones and even the possibility of flagging myself as "Looking For PvP". Dipping the toes with the ganker that stealths to the AOE area so he can kill the PvE player... Nope. But I suppose that some people lack what it takes to play World PvP in a PvP server and must resort to find alternatives in the PvE servers.
  22. You don't. If you were to ignore most (all?) the FPs, PvP, Space Combat and Heroics once you hit Alderaan, you would still reach Voss with a level (or two) above the initial mobs there. As long as you do all the normal/class quests (and bonus).
