why would you want a lower cap on weekly gain? i honestly have no idea why you would want it lowered. You dont have to meet it every week, its not alienating you, lowering the cap would just slow it down for players.

sorta thing similar happened to me today, except as healer was healing cademimu and one of our dps was in lvl 20 gear, so he kept on dying faster than i could sneeze becasue he broke ccs and attacked unaggroed mobs. repair costs are the worst punishment for failure ever (besides losing gear) thie same thing is happening in gw 2, costs are extremely high, pushed by devs so you buy loot boxes on cartel market for real money until you get a rare item, then sell it for credits on gtn so that you can continue to play. Im in columi gear and was doing hte event when i was flagged by the Aoe exploit. i was then ganked and my repair bill was like 30k!!!! what!! for one death, that was a pvp death when someone ganked me during a champ fight, I got punished by that much. **(Main Point)** I believe that this is some attempt to get us to buy cartel items and sell them on GTN, making them money, so that we can continue to enjoy our game.

My suggestion is simple, dont get rid of it unless the devs have, this is very likely, got more things in plan for illum, i have never seen so much fun community while it would probably die down eventually, i think everyone is seriously enjoying the event, fix the flagging issue with aoes and just keep it there. I think this is a good idea, maybe take away gear from the vendors, but leave the area.

for SM and the other WBs, do you think i can tank it? im a shadow im in the best columi i can get with campaign armorings I got a campaign relic of absorption for 6 secs on shielding every 20 secs I got a black hole implant and the rest are war hero are the WBs about SM soas lvl of difficulty? or would i need better gear, and I have heard that some require a tank swap. thanks!

I strongly disagree with the 100k damage part(even though my sub 50 always breaks it) as a deception assasin, if i have really high damage at the end, that means i did not play optimally, especially huttball, in my last hutball match i did 20k damage, and scored 6 times. looking at damage is not the proper way to see skill, check if they use stuns, taunts and class mechanics to benefit the team. A stealther in mid field is useless, but in the end zone, a victory
