Is there a way I can proactively put someone on my ignore list on the off chance he shows up on my server. They guy screaming and raising a fit about this is seriously off kilter. Splash top is not a game mod. Find something worth actually complaining about please.

I would start by checking your video card drivers. Also, more information like system specs and the like would be useful for helping troubleshoot this problem

My favorite part about this post is the fact that at the time I clicked on it it was right next to the post complaining about how the CE items all suck and are worthless. Just goes to show that no matter what you do, some one is gonna complain. I'm happy I'm able to play the game. I'm even more happy I get to play it a couple days early. I also get a cool flair gun that shoots fireworks, it doesn't matter that I need to wait til tuesday to use it cause it in no way effects me leveling for 3 days in between. Wish other people were able to enjoy what they have and not think they deserve their every wish granted right here and now.

server status full does not equal server can't handle any more people and is about to crash. It means it is at the max capacity that they are currently allowing to access it.

I really don't understand how it would be any better to go back and do them later (ie when your max level) then to just do them when you're a level or two above them

The point that most of the people are trying to make is that while, yes it is possible to make a mistake, it will only happen if you aren't paying any attention at all. Holding Bioware responsible for your inability to take your time to read and see what you are doing is extremely juvenile to say the least.
