Not sure on if they are related or not but would be very interested in any solutions anyone has to this issue - I am in exactly the same boat - a random dc (no warning either no sudden build up of atency or anything just booted to server selection screen - i can then select a server get to the character selection screen and if i hit play on the toon i was just on - it makes the noise and nothing happens - if i hit play on a different toon it tells me i have to log out my other toon. this has only recently happened so hopefully there will be a fix soon but keen for ideas on what others have tried to work around this problem

Same deal AMD Card crashes since 2.5 - no other game causes it - nothing else has changed - drivers are updated - hopefully fixed soon - kind of like the wow debacle where a patch caused gfx cards to burn out - (just not as bad here) this is not OUR END - it is multiple people across multiple cards with the common factor being this game and patch 2.5 - not realy a big issue in comparison to some we have had but irritating - maybe this 2.5a patch will fix it (no idea if the crashing of the gfx cards could cause any permanent damage to them as per the burnout issue but if so would also open up legal liability possibilities for replacements (yay could do with a new card lol)

As Per the title suggestion Increase the guild cap to 1500 members I have submitted a ticket for this the body of which contains my argument and reasoning and have copied it below would request as many people support this as possible I know the line given is its a complex thing - but it cannot be that hard to change /associate xx number of people with XXXXXXXXXXXXX guild name. ticket as below Guild Management Hello - I would like t get a response on what the likelihood of you increasing the guild cap would be - I run this guild on Republic side {Veritas Et Aequiats} which is constantly hitting the member cap of 500 characters. In a game where you can have up to 16-24 Alts per person on the one server you can imagine how this limits the ability of people to function as a guild - Creating secondary guilds and in game channels to talk is a pain in the rear - guilds form the basis of most mmo communities - restricting the ability of them to grow beyond a very low member cap is restricting the ability of your community to grow - is this being adjusted upwards - and soon ? a suggested cap would be a minimum of 1500 players (may sound like a lot but with the potential of just 7 or 8 actual people per 100 characters it is actually very small Cheers Shaedy

First of all let me say great game still loving it Now some of the Ideas I have come up with (with help from guildies) From a Guild Leader Perspective - A guild/search recruit Option in game (not forum) where guilds can post there details and people can look them up in game from anywhere (I thought about a galactic channel covering all planets then had nightmares of barrens chat and wow trade chat so canned that idea - a search function stops people being able to post idiocy everywhere but allows them to hunt guilds if wanted.) More room (character allocation) in Message of the Day and Guild information Tab Allow 2 Levels of officer chat (i.e. so you can put Ops leader officers and guild officers and not have crossover in officer chat in guild. Bump the guild cap up (not a UI thing but its a wish list lol) From a pure individual aspect Allow the ops frame to be further pulled apart so you can have individual (per toon) frames (rather than per group) The ability to add notes to ignored players (sometimes you forget why...) Right click drop down guild invite option on chat name (if you have the ability) Right click drop down report option to include the option of either Abuse or EULA violation or Inappropriate conduct rather than just "spam" the ability to set your toon to do not disturb or AFK etc (show it shows when people message you) Loot Tables in game showing up next to a boss under the lockouts area so you can see what drops a ARMOURY for SWTOR would make life a lot easier as well as I think add community. (I know there are several sites trying to fill this role ATM but the ability to "browse" a toon without having to stand next to them saves a lot of hassle when pugging ops. Plus you could build into it thing like Spec Builders and Gear set builders so you can preview and sort what equipment you want to aim for. Ops locks so you can continue a ops if you want the next week not much else I can think of - the highly adjustable UI you have supplied is pretty good (Fix the declipping issue with abilities even though they show locked) Shift click ability to add stuff to the GTN or input a search term in the GTN Recipes that are already known to be highlighted in a diff colour when they drop in ops A colour blind option.... (lol its not to bad as most are fairly vibrant but maybe add a number or something when you select this option to operation and HM boss abilities (only if they are colour based) ? Maybe the ability to reshape the toolbars you get granted (i.e. like having them in a curve around the centre frame ) Fix the group finder travel bug Make more Level 55 Flashpoints (hopefully new maybe based around S&V and Makeb Storylines) Make level 50 classic ops able to be qued for via Gf at 55 Make HM Ops via Group Finder available (with a gear level requirement in built) Exploration - the galaxy is a big place and whilst the SWTOR galaxy at the time period the game is set may not be as big, it should still allow for exploration -develop the worlds you already have further - you have the quest hubs - each in its zone and each in a solid box that cant be got out of - open the worlds up more - you don't have to add quests yet (but this would give you easy access to areas later to do so) just have zones on each planet where you go to explore - some people like exploration and by cutting this out of the game your missing out on the epic feel of having a galaxy to move around in - or landing on a planet and heading of into the wilderness - not to get that shiny quest icon but simply because there is a big black zone on the map and you do not know what is inside there. Ops - Excellent job on the ops so far bosses are good and the level of difficulty seems well matched to there progressive levels -however - some space based bosses or ops would be a excellent addition wether it would be taking control of a ship and using it to fight or tank a boss ship or being upon zoning in get allocated a ship based upon there ships (i.e. a tank ship a support/heal ship and the dps ship - with stats allocated based of the players currently equipped gear) or they use there own ships (and you could then open up the possibility of having specific ops equipment for ships) and then each boss could be a progression through an old space battle or fleet action etcetera.   5. Hello All, I currently run two guilds across one server "The Harbringer" one is empire and one is republic. Our guild covers people from the entire world - US Australia Japan Singapore New Zealand Etc Etc. With the recent announcement that they would not be allowing non oceanic people to transfer i started a thread similar to this which got closed and redirected here - so i am posting to show support as both a guild leader and individual player - it is biased to not allow those who have leveled as a multi guild with friends to not be allowed the same rights as the rest.
