yep, static regen with several feats to help manage it. Those feats are quite mandatory.

Warhammer did eventually get orvr right though with the Against All Odds buff. The more outnumbered you were, the more renown you gained in the lake, from double to five times more. Gank the zerg a bit, and you got a few levels. (Mind you, then Mythic screwed themselves with massive gear gaps. Anyways...)

Where do I exchange them for Merc commendations?

It lacks a bit of burst, but I can definitely kill people, especially one on one. Tele Throw > PoM procs > Mind Crush > Tele Throw > PoM procs > Disturbance Throw in Weaken Mind, Mind Snap, and Project, and people just seem to die.

So, I'm trying the feat Pinning Resolve (Force Lift affects one more target within 8 meters), and my problem with it so far is that very few enemies stand close enough for it work. Any experiences with this feat?
