  1. There are millions of players, some are bound to leave. Do we really need a /quit post every time someone no ones ever head of decides they are quitting. "this isn't the game you were looking for" now go away and leave the forums alone.
  2. This what happens when you adopt the attitude of "noones a loser" and you give the same rewards for winning as losing. People don't try hard to win they just AFK to get "free points". Atleast it looks like the next patch will lower the rewards for the losing team but it won't fix this issue. :{ Rewards should be earned, and not given. It should be based off the amount of medals you make during the match, with a bonus medal or 2 for winning.
  3. Yup, it's all about layout. For example Tatooine, which i thought would be a nice gankfest leveling planet is actually just split in 2. North part of Tat is Republic, and South is Empire. All your factions quests exist within your side of the planet. So if you want to look for pvp and grief questers you go into their side. Instead of like most MMO's where you are fighting over the same quest areas. SWTOR makes you go out of your way to grief questers as it's "world pvp". Maybe this gets better on other planets but I hope paths cross more often later.
  4. I got the talent in Immortal that makes my force leap stun instead of immobilize. It doesn't seem to stun because I can't hilt bash people , I hope "Backhand" stuns in pvp it's my next talent spent then at least one of our abilities will stun a player.
  5. Yes . and I'm sure all the noobs who would say no are too busy writing illiterate posts about how thegame has outdated graphics, is instanced more the guildwars, and whatever crazy notions they have developed after playing for 5 minutes. lol after reading all the ************ it's really sounds like they aren't even playing the same game. It's like they are looking for reasons to hate on it, and go back to some other game they just played for 7 years straight but first they need to share their feelings with the internet.
  6. first they need to make it so the dressing room doesn't show blurry low res textures
  7. Blizzard doesn't let normal players have limited collectors edition exclusive ingame items. You can't advertise something as limited and exclusive and then give it to millions of players later. If bioware does this, then I will probably rage.
  8. I made an alt today and have been leveling with a friend. I keep seeing the social XP pop up during our dialogue cutscenes but i'm still social 6/10 for level 1. none of the xp seems to be counting. We are both the same level this is driving me crazy. Has anyone encountered this issue? it seemed to all work fine on my main character
  9. I would rather have the floodgates open at once and take my chances with server queues like every other mmo launch.
  10. other mmo's with server queues and launch day issues are better then this game of trickle chance
  11. I much prefer how every other mmo just opens up servers at a set time for everyone. Sure you might end up in a queue but at least you don't feel like second class players. I don't see how this is better for players? I guess this way they can tell the higher ups "pat us on the back we didn't have any server issues on our first day!" but all the players are going to be groaning about how they pre-ordered first week, and waves ended before noon.
