  1. Give us freaking server transfers!!!!! NOTHING about this is a Massive Multiplayer.....logging on at 12pm west coast on a east coast server and seeing 5..i repeat 5 people on the fleet is just plain stupid. Players like me who have already got a few 50s and have geared them want to actually play with them, not wait 1+ hour for a warzone, just to have it end due to lack of players. I know for a fact i am not alone, I love the game, but this crap is killing me and it will ultimately force me to quit, because I do NOT want to level ANOTHER toon and gear him out as well. So please, those of us on dead servers don't want "faction on faction" warzones....WE WANT a server transfer to a more populated one, or you should have introduced cross server warzone b4 you worked on more faction vs faction ( which makes no freaking sense at all..whats the point in going imp or Rep now "we're here for the planet, but so are our reinforcements, just go kill something" ) Bravo BW.....really "clap clap"
  2. I like many others, are getting fed up with a light server that at once was heavy at the release. BW for the love of all things holy do server changes now! I would be willing to trade all my legacy levels to change from Terentatek to something that has more than 20 people on fleet at peak hours. What I am not willing to do is level ANOTHER ( would be my 5th high end character) character to 50. The only thing you are doing is losing players because of this, they don't want to play on a dead server nor do they want to relevel another toon. NOTHING about this game on servers like mine feels like a MMO....feels like a single player game.
  3. damage is fine with the combat spec, its just the fact of it being so focus starved that you can't put out that damage. Where watchman has the advantage over combat is the focus gen along with the reduced CD on leap/ no min range and reduced CD on kick. Making it shine in pvp. Can;t tell you how many times i can get burst down a BM healer as combat to the last 15% but then im out of focus and one kick is not enough to prevent the second heal. taking out a healer 1v1 is a very long process as combat compared to watchman. Watchman can lock down a persons casting. So what i was suggesting to make combat tree be a valid spec for pvp is decrease how starved for focus you are, or buff some of the damage just alittle so it would be on par with the amount of focus you then have to spend. As another comparing, look at vigilance in the guarding tree, you're not focused starved.
  4. Could everyone please keep their personal argument out of this. First off yes, Sents have been recognized by the devs in the watchman tree, however if you would read what the topic is about, its about the usefulness of combat tree in PVP. I already gave an example of how the watchman tree is stacked with abilities that make it incredibly over the top for PVP compared to combat. What I was trying to get at with this post is the acknowledgement by the devs on the major short comings of combat spec in pvp.

  6. yeah we all see your point, but whats being said is that Watchman outshines combat in every way because of its stacked no min range on leap reduced CD on leap self heals zen= more heals ( can get an extra medal in wzs for it) and 100% crit on DoTs faster centering built faster focus built less focus spending ( cart and blades 2 focus each and those are your main abilities) Merc slash diminished CD on use of it reduced CD on kick and pacify Combat is so gimped compared to watchman its not even funny, and the only argument against your statement is look at focus spec, alot of sents claim focus is the best spec because of high number, and don't get me wrong focus spec is a great tree as well...watchman and focus are waaaaaay different from each other yet still offer big numbers and a completely different play style that a skilled player can in most cases kill anyone 1v1. Combat on the other hand, even a skilled player struggles to kill an average player with equal gear. I just still find it funny how BW STILL has yet to even acknowledged the issues with combat tree considering how many sents want to play the spec but are pretty much forced into the other 2 if they want to be able to compete in pvp. I will say as it stands now the only thing combat is good for is huttball, since you have all those roots.
  7. well right now im putting together a video to show the difference in pvp between the two specs, I mean for example, i was an idiot and didn't even have juyo form on and still took on 3v1...i'll post the link to the video via this forum when i finish the edit.
  8. well where watchman > combat in pvp is better focus generation, better centering gen, healing, more interrupts, min range on leap gone, and damage is tad better ( just because of the focus gen is much faster)

With a large amount of people wanting to play combat spec in pvp, because it is exactly what you think of when sentinel is mentioned....not DOTS, and not Force Sweeping every 9 secs ....combat is the description of the sentinel class. Yet we are forced into watchman or focus just to be able contend...I avg 300k+ as watchman spec and peaked at 570k (in VS) as focus spec. As watchman spec i don't even fear jumping in a pack of 3 imps, more times than not I can kill all 3 if I have all my CD's available. I know it sounds like im bragging but im getting to my point. The point being I love that the Sentinel class is a hard class to play and actually takes brain power to do it (unlike all the other 3 button classes)...However already working 3x as hard to kill someone seems to skyrocket to 6x as hard while playing as combat ( if fighting a healer, good luck..takes fooorever as combat to take one down.) This is not a QQ forum, just a ANOTHER forum on how combat NEEDS to be addressed, I mean just a simple reply from the devs specifically telling us they will look into the combat spec is all I want and I know for a fact alot more of you would love it as well. As far as a constructive suggestion on how to fix the tree, im not sure maybe bump the Ataru strike damage by alittle more, or move the offhand damage buff higher in the tree and add a higher % increase for offhand. Hell the could even make crippling throw % debuff on healing a tad higher or even make precision slash armor pen last longer than 6 secs or reduce the focus cost of it. Maybe add something to the tree to make it less focus starved ( I never have a problem with focus as watchman or focus ) Maybe you all can place some input and help bump this thread and maybe, just maybe the devs will finally give us some answers.
  12. The ONLY thing they need to address is usefulness of the combat tree, I love the play style of combat however watchman is the only way to go as it stands now. ( This being at lvl 50 ) As far as changing how the class works, no! dear lord no! thats what I love about the sent class is that its more interactive and im not some mindless zombie mashing 1 button.
